Gruplar Turkey, 15 Şubat 2013	Çok samimi ve güler yüzlü hizmet, denize yakın samimi, güvenilir bir ortam, temiz odalar, denize yakın 7,7 oldukça güvenilir bir otel. çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. odalar küçük sade ama temiz.cadde üstünde hemen önünden taksiye binme şansı var, denize bir kaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde, patong beach'in en sonunda yer alıyor, diğer kısımlara göre daha sakin,ama 20 dk yürüme 5 dk taksi mesafesinde merkeze..işletmeciler bizi güler yüzle karşılayıp, kucaklayarak uğurladılar, valizlerimizi bile onlar taşıdı, fiyatına göre uygun bir hizmet aldık...

The room is good size and very clean and comfortable. The free computer downstair is a bonus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Yaya Residence and totally recommended.

The hotel was clean and very near to the beach. There was a mosque Noor-ul-Huda adjacent to the hotel. Lovely mosque is a great convenience for the Muslim travellers. Hotel is highly recommended.

Art and Clean , fast service 8 phuket is one of attractive destination for tourist all over the world, especially patong. i had a very nice stay in this hotel that is in center of patong area. manager is very good. workers are always smile. good service ... breakfast is not so much but good. i can order some more and free soft drink everyday ... Nightlife Tip: Go to local fresh market in Patong, you can enjoy many kinds of nice foods ... I went there every night

Çiftler Poland, 11 Şubat 2013	just about perfect close to the beach, clean and friendly 9,7 we stayed 3 nigts in yaya, booked superior room for about 30gbp per night, hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly with a smile, in the lobby you have a pc where you can sufr the interet if you dont have any ipad or laptop. overall i would highly recommend this one, it has everything you need, location is great and do not be afraid is on far side of the beach becouse patong town is not so big anyway, you can basicly reach the other side of the beach in 10-15min with a relax - slow walk. for this price this hotel is unbeatable, just tv could have a bit more usefull channels (only 2 in english i think )
