Great location/

Friendly and helpful staff / location/ comfortable
I had a nice stay. The staff very helpful. Good breakfast with great coffee. Walking distance about 1 km to Trastevere 's fantastic eating places. Easy access to public transport or taxis.

Excellent welcoming hotel close to Rome

Fantastic staff, lovely relaxed atmosphere, wonderful views from the roof garden and bar
From the moment of arrival the service was impeccable and friendly. Staff in all departments were always more than willing to help especially the girls on reception and the lady serving in the breakfast bar. They all understood the value of a smile and made you feel at home instantly. The welcome drink on arrival on the roof terrace was a nice touch. The hotel is well situated for travel into central Rome by tram. The number 8 tram is very regular and goes into Venice Square. We were travelling with our car and were able to park for free right outside the hotel. The room was well equipt but try and book a room with a larger shower if possible. We'll definitely be back.

Nice, could use a facelift.

Location is good. Easy access to public transportation and not too long to walk. Staff was very nice and helpful which is not so common in Rome.
Uneventful, in a good way. Breakfast buffét a bit boring, but adequate. I've stayed at two Boscolo-hotels in Rome before and their offerings were only marginally better. The italians don't do breakfast very well, I guess. I would stay here again.

Nice stay in a real part of Rome

Nice rooms, easy access, residential part of Rome
Located in a non touristic part of Rome. Easy access into the sights and shopping via tram at doorstep yet because it is a residential part of Rome the bars and restaurants around the neighbourhood are real and reasonably priced for decent quality. Easy to get in from the airport on the train that stops at Trastevere station as it is about 10min walk up the main street our very quick on the tram. Rooms are fine, family room work our family of 2+2 no problem. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Helpful, friendly staff, clean, good location

good location, quiet comfortable rooms, good spa ( at extra cost). Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Good transport to town close by.
overall 4 Star. The hotel represented good value and the staff made it a pleasure as they gave good advise on what, where and when to do what all tourists want to do! Rooms vary in size and condition but 214 overlooks reception and the main road. It was comfortable, well sound proofed and had a balcony. All amenities worked but the shower was a little small. Breakfast was fine. Garden roof terrace was also pleasant and gave a good view over the city. Spa was worth the extra cost.

Outskirts of the city in a happening place

location, staff friendliness, quiet
I enjoyed my 2 nights at the Trilussa. Travestere is a cool location just outside the main tourist areas of Rome. The room itself was fairly basic but nothing to complain about. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff at the Trilussa would make me want to stay there again when i head back to Rome.

Better than Rome!!

Close to public transport, Nice room, great concierge service
We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was larger than expected and everything was exceptionally clean. The tram stop and bus stops are directly outside the front door. The front desk attendants were exceptionally nice, helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and were one of the best parts of our stay. The free internet was great and very helpful. If you are considering Rome or Trastevere though, staying in Trastevere is a must!!! The only small issues were that it was a little bit removed from the life of Trastever. It was only 2 tram stops, but after all day walking in Rome it would have been nice to be closer because the tram stops at midnight. The roof top bar is extremely expensive and you cannot bring your own drinks. It's only open from 5 - 12 and the bar tender was frightfully rude. We tried twice, then stayed away, so that was a complete waste of an amenity.

Pleasant city break

Location - Transport links - Friendly staff
The stay was satisfactory. A little disappointed in the breakfast offering especially on the Sunday. The bathroom was also very cramped, especially the shower.
