The hotel is close to bus and train stations! Convenient to sightseeing spots!
The receptionists are nice and helpful. But the facilities are a bit old. The sockets are not enough. Some insects are found on the Tatami mats in the room. It's a bit disgusting! Hope the hotels can be kept clean next time!

Great location with a fantastic Japanese Breakfast
The Ryokan is close to Ohiradai Station on the Hakone Tozan Line from Hakone Yumato to Gora. The hot springs at the Ryokan are great ! We ordered a Japanese breakfast with the room and were amazed by the food. It was a very hearty but delicately arranged breakfast. We had also requested some vegetarian options as some in our family don't eat meat, poultry or fish. They made Tofu based dishes for the vegetarians in our group. I strongly recommend ordering the Japanese breakfast with your stay. Our family loved this location and had a great time here.

It is recommended that the visitors not to use the
The lady staff is very good in English and communication with her has no problem. The onsen for private use is an advantage but is also disadvantage. Some of the visitors occupied the onsen for a long time (more than one hour), we had to wait for a long time for just taking a bath (bathroom was in the same place with the onsen) before sleep. It was lucky that our visit was not on Saturday/holiday, and might not be that worse. Other than that, everything is fine.

Fun short stay
A bit of a hassle to get there, but it is rather close to the mountain train. Services was prompt though it was rather inconvenient to walk to the other hotel (under same management) for hot water. The onsen was really good and the showering facilities were the best features of this hotel. Staff speak limited English. Buses to the hotel stops quite early from the Shinkansen station, Odawara. There is only a small convenient store opened at low season. However, it was a great short stay which I had enjoyed there.
