Nice little hotel

Comfortable room, friendly staff, Good value for money
We arrived early, but the staff took the trouble to make room ready for us within an hour. Bravo! Great location for food and walking and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but NICE. Overall a pleasant place to stay. GREAT value for money too.

Great hotel in old quarters of Hanoi

Great area not far from the best Pho place in Hanoi.
Nice rooms although a bit smaller than some of the others we have stayed in. It was clean and shower was large good pressure. No daily free bottled water good breakfast lots to choose from but be aware the cook is heavy on the salt when preparing eggs so best ask for no salt and add yourself. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great spot to explore the old quarter

Location and staff
Great location work easy walking to all areas of the old quarter. The room was small but comfortable for two of us and the shower was great also. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful, Tunney booked train tickets for us which saved is a trip to the train station - they added about 120K dong to each ticket price but we figured they would.

Pleasant Stay

Courteous staff, clean room, good location
The staff are very accommodating and spoke decent english. They arranged my Hanoi airport transfer for $15 and booked my bus ride to Sapa for another $15. Well worth the money and a good experience with them.

An absolute nightmare

bedbugs, no customer service, filthy rooms
Whatever you do, take your business elsewhere. This hotel is completely littered with bedbugs. When approached about this issue, the staff claimed "oh it's just cockroaches". After being moved to a new room 2 floors above, the room was even dirtier, with cockroaches. Sheets are dirty and stained with marks. Accused the customer of lying after showing the staff the filth, fresh blood stains, and pictures of infestation. Absolutely unbelievable, do not trust these people, as they own at least 3 diff hotels, some sort of Vietnamese mafia. They genuinely do not care about your experience, well being, or stay. They just want to make a quick buck out of you, and take as much money as they can. Tours and airport transfer are overpriced,do not book. Laundry service is dirty and inefficient. 24hr front desk is a lie and doesn't exist, and the phone down to reception is out of order. Do yourself a favour and save the trauma, do not get eaten alive by staying at this horrible place. Do not trust these people, book elsewhere.

A Den of Thieves

bed, comfort, cleanliness
On three seperate occasions, the front desk trid to cheat me out of my money, twice saying I had to pay for an extra night, but I show them my booking information on my mobile phone. When I tried to change money to Viet Dong, they attempted to leave out one zero haha.

Street Food Everywhere

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable room
I've stayed here 3 times and still find new places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. As usual, the staff were welcoming and did all they could to make the customers' stays happy.
