Tune Hotel exceeded my expectations.

Quiet ,Excellent Staff Manners, Always clean if you are clean.
Very Good, better than I ever expected. I'll definitely go back whenever I need a hotel and I will let everyone know about Tune Hotel too. There is enough space in the lifts. My experience rates it 10. I have not tried Food / Dining . Maybe next time soon.

good solution for cost-benefit concern

location, helpful stafff, low price
it's pleasant stay. Though the room is small, it's well designed and you can find almost everything you need. It's an economical solution in that area.

Convenient location but not a satisfactory stay

Nearby Train Station, Nearby convenience shops & restaurants,
Very tiny room, the walking area is so small until unable to fit 2 persons. Very tiny bathroom until an overweight person unable to fit in to take bath! Extremely small elevator as well. Beware of the luggage storage, there's a ridiculous fee of 2.5 pound chargeable for EACH bag per day!. We stayed there for 3 nights but the room & bathroom was never cleaned up everyday of the stay, towels were not changed (forcing me to rate the hotel with lowest cleanliness). And they only gave us wifi access for 2 days instead of 3 days (as we booked & stayed for 3 nights) Location wise, it is good as very nearby train station (Tube & Eurostar), nearby to convenient store & restaurants.

Small, but does the trick.

Clean room, location, price
The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The lifts are VERY small, you would not be able to fit two people with luggage in them. We only had backpacks and could not move at all in the elevator, do not even consider using them if you are claustrophobic. If you don't book through a travel agent/travel site, you will have to pay separately for internet, towels, and tv. All that being said, the bed was comfy, our room was clean, and I would stay again. Not a bad price for being so close to King's Cross and Central London!

Great location

The Tune Hotel King's Cross is in close proximity to the railway stations of Kings Cross and St Pancras. Check-in was straight forward. The room had neutral decor and it was clean.
Short- we only booked 1 night for a theatre and sightseeing trip. We were allocated room 307 which is at the front of the hotel on 3rd floor. As the ròm overlooked the main road ther is traffic noise but it was not too bad - probably slightly muted because we were on the third floor. The room itself was "Compact" & much smaller than I expected. It was clean and the decor was in good order, modern, restful & neutral. The shower room was tiny more of a "pod" than a room. But it was clean all the fixtures and fittings were high quality. Our only gripe about the shower room apart from the size was that the sink was blocked with a horrible mixture of hair and black sludge which meant that the water drained very slowly leaving a scummy mess in the sink. We did report this on arrival, they said they would sort it out the next day.Don't know if this happened as we checked out as planned. The bed was very firm and comfortable. The walls between rooms seems a bit flimsy and not very well sound proofed. All in all the Tune Hotel King's Cross is ok for one or two nights but I would not want to stay longer because the accomodation a bit cramped for the price we paid.
