Terrible , and dirty room.Nothing like the picture

Turner Hotel
My stay was very terrible. The room is very tiny, and dirty. The staff is extremely rude and very unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Daz & Caz do euroland

Location, breakfast, nice big bed
The staff were very helpful, couldn't fault them. The metro station was only a 5 min walk away, and a 15 min walk to Termini station. It was easy to get to wherever we wanted to go to. The only issue we had was that the shower in our room was very small, if you dropped the soap, you had to open the door so that you could pick it up. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay and if we return to Rome for another trip I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Old fashion hotel needing a massive renovation

Location, near to many restaurants, breakfast
I already stayed in this hotel, before it was split in two hotels (Turner and Des Epoques), and the room was pretty nice, spacious and with an open view, but this time I was given a very small room with the view on a wall. Furthermore the main entrance of the hotel was closed and so I had to enter from the Hotel Des Epoques located just beside (I guess same ownership), take the elevator for one floor only because no stairs are available and then move to another elevator, quite creepy and bouncing, to access the level of my room. This hotel should be now, in my opinion, a two stars hotel and in future I will not book it any longer, preferring in case the Hotel Des Epoques, in the event I visit Rome.

Strategic Location, Classical Interior, Clean

Good Location, Nice Breakfast and Clean
We stay 2 nights in the hotel. The room and shower room is small and wifi connection is slow. Overall we are satisfied and enjoy the stay.

Old-school charm

Atmosphere, breakfast, security
When we first stepped inside Turner, I was very pleasantly surprised with the decor of the hotel. The ceilings were quite elaborate, I must say. We also liked the breakfast, where you get a whole range of breads, croissants, ham and other meats, and the service was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful with directions.

Not a 4-star htel, more like bed and breakfast

Only location
Very old, the room was extremely small and the Wi-Fi connection is really bad. The hotel requested me to sit closer to the door to get the Wi-Fi connection work. There is no room service and the only meal served is breakfast. I was checking out at 8.00am and requested for bell-boy service and was informed that the bell boy is only available and will start working at 8.45am.

It's not 4*

great staff, fair price
This is a fair 3* hotel - rooms are small (smaller than in description), quite old and not super clean. Staff is great though

Friendly staff, good location, Nice room

room Staff free afternoon snacks
The hotel is on the 4th floor of the opera house, the lift was free, but no one inform the guest. The room is nice in a old sorta way. The hotel staffs are really nice and friendly. They pop some sparkling wine and lay out free snack for the guest in the afternoon. Very good service mind. the opera house itself has some shopping places ... Sephora, Zara, Mac cosmetics... great location.
