Very bad stay
We booked at garden view first for 3 nights but cancelled the last 2. Receptionist was constant gone, nowhere to be found. Thé room was poor, the curtains were terrible thin so we woke up very early and you could see right through. The biljarttable, soccertable en tennistable were not to be used because of the filthy place and lots of birdpoop. The Pool looked very dirty. Disgusting. The resort was so far away from other resorts or nearest town, you had to Hire a trycicle. Road was very bad also. The only food we could get, was deepfried and the Wifi was not working at all. Very hard to book other nights for the rest of our holiday. For us, this was absolutely not worth for 4-stars! Too much money for this place.

Nice, but not worth the money.
Nice hotel at the coastfront, large pool, friendly staff. But for that price range I would expect better breakfast, free bottled water in the room and a but more maintenance in garden and pool area. Also the dive equipment was worn out and the finimeter did not even work. Also we were ripped off with laundry so make shure you see scale.

Divers paradise
This is a hidden gem for divers. It was a little tricky to find so its recommended to arrange a driver in advance (usually 3000 pesos) Anne Marie will greet you at the reception and take you to your room. The room is very spacious and clean. Stayed in room 12 which had a lovely view looking out to the sea. The Aircon was not working but Anne Marie managed to fix it promptly with the owner, Fe's instruction and even put a fan in the room. Lucky enough to have a lovely and inspirational chat with Fe during dinner about how her resort came about. Food was really well done by the chef, Emma and service was friendly and prompt, thanks to cesar, Paul, jelenni. Breakfast was alright - local dishes, eggs, toast, cereal and bread. Sufficient to keep our bellies full! Lunch and dinner was fantastic! The price was a little more but after talking to Fe, we felt it was alright to pay a little extra as we know it's towards a good purpose, everything goes back to the resort and training her staff to become better skilled. this resort also cares much about the environmental issues around and for the community as well. Diving was fantastic - you only need to go 15-20 meters if that to see turtles and shoal of sardines. The dive masters really know what they are doing and Are very familiar with the area, its a trustworthy dive centre. cj, robin and the other dive masters made it easy. Equipment were well intact. Very pleased with the dive shop and the care they gave us. Thanks CJ and robin! Overall good experience. If you are looking to shut off from the world (they have wifi but not strong reception as is with every resort in the Philippines) and want to go Diving then this is the place to go. (We didn't use any other facilities other than the pool once.) Thanks guys for the fantastic diving experience.

Nice resort
We enjoyed our stay here. The room & whole resort was really clean & we had a view of both the pool & the sea from our balcony. The breakfast was ok. It was never really warm & was just as you would expect mass produced food to be but it was fine for the few days we were there. We never ate at the restaurant to comment on any of the other food. The only problem we had was when we ordered an automatic scooter. The receptionist called & we had to wait half an hour & when the bike arrived it was semi automatic so we couldn't drive it. Instead of telling us they didn't have what we asked for. Had to then wait another 10 minutes for a tricycle to arrange a bike ourselves & of course pay the cost of the tricycle to town & then back again when we took the bike back. The little bumpy road wasn't really a problem. We hired the bike for the 2 days we were there so it made getting into the town & back really easy. I would recommend getting a. I've if you can to save on the tricycles to & from the hotel

Nice resort which always made us felt welcome
We stayed at turtle bay dive resort for 6days. The room was spacious and clean and the resort was nice. The staff was friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We felt welcomed. The dive center was easily accessible within the resort and the staff was helpful and friendly too. Location of the resort was some distance away from the restaurants so we had to take a tuk tuk out for meals on some nights, otherwise you could just settle for ur meals within the resort. The restaurant offers quite a variety of food with generous portion sufficient to share between two. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

Peaceful but isolated.
Nice hotel, clean good size rooms, great pool. Included breakfast was very disappointing, buffet style, plates frequently empty and food always cold. Lousy service in the dining room, waiters nowhere to be seen. Problem is if you want to eat elsewhere, you must order some transport from the desk since you are at least 3 kilometres from the nearest facility. Ocean front but no real beach. Did not use the dive shop.

Nice place to stay in Moalboal
It is a very nice resort, well decorated and maintained. The pool is good and the food at the resort restaurant is good but a little pricy. Most rooms are comfortable. However, a sponge matress, low or weak water preassure for showers and an undersized air conditioner for the room made it difficult to sleep at night.. The TV was above the window so your looking up 6 feet in the air to watch a program at night or news in the morning. Over all a good experience.

Great for divers
The food was satisfactory . Breakfast was poor and WiFi ,satellite is poor also. Staff is great and is a beautiful facility. My wife is pregnant so we didn't dive and that is the only way I would return is to dive.
