I always base my bookings thru reviews but I failed this time. This accomodation needs to work on its cleanliness. We stayed in Sugar Pine room. Everything's so dampy, the room, bathroom, and all its furniture and accessories. Like I felt like I'm gona get sick due to molds. The bathroom is so unacceptable. Water leakage frm everywhere, full of water and soapmarks on the mirror, stainless steel parts, sink, tub... Looks like it hasnt been cleaned for a long time... The shower head is full of molds that you'll think twice of using it but u have no choice. I saw 4 roaches crawling too. I don't recommend this hotel or at least the room that we got. However the owner was very approachable and accomodating.

Relaxing Weekend
Location would be the best attribute for this small hotel (only 5 rooms). Nearby dining establishments and coffe shops are just walking distance. Staff and owner/manager are accomodating & friendly. Hotel is also near on major tourist attractions. For families and group of friends who wants to relax & just enjoy the views of Tagaytay, this hotel is well suites and good value price.

1. Location 2. Family room 3. Accesible
Because we were looking for an affordable family room. This was the best choice, 3 queen beds all in one room. Quality time is assured with the family. However, there is no customer service. A simple phone conversation no goodmornings, not approachable, not in full details when explaining. Very poor training of staff.

Just like home
We were the only ones booked for the night so it was really a homely feeling. Nice garden at the back, just like home.
Nothing really special about the place except that it's near everything. Along the main road but you don't really notice the vehicles since the place is just below the road level. Accommodating staff. Good rooms.

Homey Vacation Stay
Proximity to Restaurants, Cleanliness, Quiet Environment
The staff were nice. The Ponderosa Pine room was spacious. It was homey. We'll definitely stay here again in our future trips to Tagaytay.

The location, the price and the cleanliness
The price is great considering the size of the Premier rooms, and the location was just behind great restaurants like Max's, Leslies and a local cuisine shop. However: the staff was not there when we checked out, our room had no hot water and their tv was really small. All in all, it's not a good nor a bad hotel.

needs renovations
proximity to restaurants, access to main road, relative silence of booked room
Overall our stay was okay. The facility just need to be renovated. I was in the same room 3 years ago and so i know that there were no new changes done.

Charming B&B
Lovely owners and staff; good location; pleasant homely atmosphere
The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is located just across the road from restaurants such as Leslie's which provide the panoramic view of the lake. The staff were very welcoming and the owners were lovely and very accommodating. They even drove us to the church to attend the wedding we were there for! The breakfast was quite good. The place reminded me of an Enliish Bed and Breakfast with its coziness and charm as it is an old family home. A comforter on the bed would have been nice as would a floor towel for the bathroom but otherwise we have nothing but praise and will definitely be back.
