Great hotel, comfortable rooms, trendy amenities - but loaded with mosquitos! So is the whole city of Chiang Mai - bring bug spray!!

a peaceful beautiful spot within the old city
Friendly and very helpful staff, close to sunday market, tranquil environment inside the old city
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We drove to the hotel with a rental car on a Sunday, when the main streets near the hotel were all closed due to the Sunday Market. We had trouble reaching the hotel, so we rang the reception desk and a staff member (Kat)came all the way a few blocks away from the hotel to grab us and guide our way to the temple across the road(where we parked). We are so grateful that they "rescued" us and helped us with our luggage from where we parked. As for the hotel, it has nice décor and swimming pool. The only minor little negative things would be breakfast variety; hot shower water will run out if you over-use in first go, and you will have to wait a bit until the 2nd person can shower (if you like hot shower), the purple bath towels start to look a bit worn, but they are clean, and finally, no onsite parking (but if you don't have a car, that's not a concern). So these are just minor little things. So overall, I am very happy with the stay and grateful that they catered for my little 2 year old son.

Great hotel in town
Location, 24h check out, friendly reception staff
Hotel hasperfect location in middle of town next to stunning temple. Rooms were comfortable, 201/301 quite noisy. Only bad experience was the bar, they refused to serve us a glass of red wine, only by the bottle and serving took ages. Rest of staff very friendly. Internet was very bad and slow in room. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend.
