Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

it was good apart from the noise from downstairs

clean, location, value for money
it was good apart from the noise from downstairs (outside the hotel entrance)!!! drunk people shouting and screaming the whole night!!! it was difficult to sleep... its not a hotel fault for sure but for those who want to have a quality rest at night unfortunately it is not suitable! party goers will not let you rest until early hrs. another point is the slow wi-fi. very slow other than that it was all good

Good only let down strong smell of smoke

location, breakfast, decor
It is a very convenient hotel, the decor is very reminiscent of the whole OLD city area, but there are no rules about smoking inside, so the whole place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Good breakfast served in a pleasant dining room, as long as there were no smokers in the bar adjoining the dining room

Very charming in the hub of tourist activity

Beautiful rooms, and lovely soap, shampoo, and bath salts.
Beautiful rooms on one of the busiest touristed streets with a view of Charles Bridge from the street, near the Old Town markets, and next to the Black Light Theatre. The hotel is also a music club (or night club) and noise from the street can be quite loud in the early morning when the club closes(ear plugs are provided in rooms). The noise was not a problem for us, but may be for lighter sleepers.

Great Location and Wonderful Staff

Things I liked
great location and nice hotel. lovely hotel deco and room size. just a min away from charles bridge, and walking distance to most of the main attraction in prague. friendly and helpful staff, and i manage to check in early. and love the prague ham at the breakfast. only problem is, there is no elevator in this hotel. overall, we are happy and satisfied with this hotel for the money we paid for. highly recommended.

Nice stay

Service very accommodating
All was fine, except that room had no a/c. Receptionist was friendly and good customer service. Beds werereally comfortable but wished they had airconditioning, as weather was warm throughout the day. Breakfast was adequate though spread isnt that great. Bathroom was cramp though and water was not consistently cold or warm. But very convenient to get all the stuff your frineds asked from the shopping areas.
Hotel Feature Tip: 30 metres away from charles bridge....but be prepared for hot steamy summers

Great Location

Great Location
The rooms are clean and charming; the hotel is filled with antique decorations, and it is only a few steps away from the "Karlsbrücke". However, avoid the rooms facing the busy walking street. The noise does not stop until early in the morning (about 5 am), and the closed windows are not soundproof. The breakfast coffee is watery, and you sleep on a comfortable matress with (unfortunately) a plastic cover. But other than that, it is a good hotel and can be recommended if you are into sightseeing and shopping.
