Good location
Hotel was near mrt station, convenient store and restaurants around the hotel, clean rooms

The room was a bit small, but for 3 nights stay and with just me, my husband and 4 yr old daughter it worked. Clean room and bathroom. The location was good because it was near bras basah station so very convenient when commuting. Restaurants and convenient stores were available in the area as well as money changer. Overall, the hotel was okay except that mrt construction was in front of the hotel but noise didn't bother us. Maybe for a short vacation we will stay here again.

Nice budget hotel
Centrally located, free wifi, clean room

The hotel is centrally located and close to two different MRT lines, walking distance to both Orchard and Bugis where many dining and shopping options. Room size small but acceptable. Room is clean and comfort bedding. There is subway construction just outside the hotel, may not be convenient for carrying big luggage if not taking taxi or car.

The room was comfortable. The service was fast. They knew how to speak good english. Location was extremely near the town area. Near great food and good shopping malls. It was wonderful.

Good hotel, conveniently located

Generally good. The staff are all nice. Door men are friendly. My only criticism (apart from the small rooms, but that is standard in Singapore) is the poor internet connection. Not only do you have to log in to each device every time you want to use it but the signal is poor and it drops continually. Probably ok if you only want to do a quick email check but hopeless if you need to work.

Nice hotel but small room
Very close to MRT station, located in the centre of the city, very close to mall and eatery

The hotel location was superb. close to everywhere so transport is not a problem. Even when we use taxi, it wasn't costly. The hotel room is very small hard to move around freely when you have big luggage like mine. considering other hotel in Singapore this hotel is okay.

Small but new hotel. Located in the city but now have construction nearby so a bit busy to walk and find hotel from the beginning.the hotel is near to mrt bras Barsar station.

Convenient, clean & good environment

It's a 3-5 minutes walk from the Bras Basah MRT (exit D). After exiting the station there's signage that leads straight to the hotel. The check in and check out was completed fast. The room size which we stayed in was fair , accommodating well for 2 person. The swimming pool and the room is clean. We needed extra towel after a swim and it arrive to our room around 5 minutes after the request was made. Although there's construction going on nearby, the hotel isn't dusty or noisy.
