Decent hotel for the price, but might look sketchy for others.
I stayed in this hotel for the entirety of my stay in Cebu City. The place was relatively easy to commute to from the airport and the business district. Upon entering the premise, I was surprised to see that there wasn't a reception desk entrance facing the road and that the place was in fact a set of garage rooms fronting the hotel proper (reminiscent of motels in other cities rather than hotels). Check-in was quick, and the facilities were working well at the time of my stay. Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity was spotty in my room however, so people needing those should be wary. Also, the area might not be too family-friendly as the hotel's proximity to the (in)famous Mango Street brings in guests who may be scandalous to more conservative minds.

Hotel was ok
The hotel was ok. We thought the hotel would be closer to Cebu business park but it was further out than our last hotel. It was in an "iffy" area as it seems like it was in a small road. No lights at night in front of the hotel as well. The internet DID NOT even work in our room. We were on the 4th floor. We rely on the internet for our business so if you need internet, this may not be the place for you. Rooms are small, had some small cockroaches. The staff was great however. Overall, we give it a 2/3 out of 5.

Great Value
Definitely a good place for little money. Don't expect a 5 star, but for sleeping and eating breakfast, it was great for the price.
