Worst hotel and service

Rooms are Big
When we arrived at te hotel it was 7km outside of the city. As we had already paid for 2 nights we thought that we would see what it was like even though it was far out. Going by the description it seemed to be close to the city but obviously wasn't. When we arrived there were no English speaking staff and they tried to charge us again even though we showed them our confirmation that we had already paid. We went out to try and get alone food but there was no where open apart from a coffee shop. This was at 9pm. There were no other tourists around and looked like a local area which was nice as was a lot less busy. When we got back the staff just laughed as we walked in when we said hello. We made the decision to leave in the morning and check in somewhere in the city so we were close to some bars and restraunts. That night we had no sleep as the staff were banging on doors and screaming at each other until 5am. When we checked out again the receptionist didn't speak any English and said we had to pay. We once again explained we Marc paid for 2 nights even though we were only staying for 1 and showed our confirmation. They said they hadn't received any email to confirm this and had to pay. All this was explained via Google translator. They then refused to return our passports until we paid again which by that point our passports meant more to us than paying again. This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed.
