Could not of been happier!
I would absolutely recommend staying in this hotel - it is beautifully presented has great amenities and the staff could not of been more helpful! This was the last place we stayed in Vietnam, it was one of the more expensive hotels but it was most definitely worth it - the location was perfect for relaxing but the city was easily accessible through free mini bus/bikes! We were also surprised to find they had upgraded our room due to our long stay at the hotel which was a really thoughtful and pleasant touch - we left feeling thoroughly relaxed and pampered. Would stay at this hotel again and again!

Fantastic place
Gorgeous place,, and well-trained staffs.. If you dream about private journey, this place will be the one. It's a bit far away from the town but you can use the suttle bus. And those bath amenities... Cannot forget those great aroma.. I'll definitely come back again..

Kids club needs improvement
There are good points and bad points about this hotel. Firstly the main reason I booked it was because there was a kids club but we were only able to use the kids club for one day while we were there because it was closed the other days which was disappointing for us. The breakfast was superb. The pool and beach are lovely and it's one of the only hotels in the area that has actual beach access. The lobby area and some of the rooms are dated and could do with a bit of a refurb. Gym is old. Yoga mat I was using was dirty and worn out. Staff at front desk were great whenever we needed help. We'd left some belongings at our previous hotel in Danang and they called the hotel and organised for them to be sent over at no extra cost which I really happy about. All in all great hotel, we'd stay again, I just hope they improve the kids club facilities next time.

We were very happy.
A bit far to Hoi An town, but hotel's shuttle bus are good in frequency. Therefore, it's not a big issue. As for facility, my son wanted bigger swimming pool, although we knew it. So parents didn't care. Good enough.

Nice place
Pool and beach were great. Close to Hoi An old town. Adjoining rooms worked great for the family. Highly recommended. Will stay there again.

I'll Be Back
I'm an American living in Ha Noi and the beaches of Cau Dai are one of my favorite vacation spots in the country. This was my first stay at Victoria Hoi An Resort and Spa, but it won't be my last! Anytime I can travel to this region, I will definitely return--the staff was fantastic, the facilities were beautiful and enjoyable, and the activity options were diverse and interesting.

Good place to hang around
Big enough swinmming pool in front of the beach is one of good things in this resort. Peaceful place to stay a few days.

Loved the Victoria Hoi An
I stayed at the Victoria Hoi An with my teenaged son. We wanted a quiet and relaxing holiday. It was wonderful staying here. It's so clean and beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They aim to please and try hard to make your stay a memorable one, from the waitresses at breakfast to reception staff and just about everybody... they're very friendly. The beach is a few minutes away and a good place to relax as is the poolside. Hoi An is easily accessible and Danang is only 30 minutes away. Beautiful sprawling hotel grounds make for a lovely environment and it's very peaceful and tranquil. Billiard tables and a library provide some diversion too. We did a bit of everything over 5 days and really enjoyed our restful time.

Love this resort!
I spent ages deciding which resort to stay at in Hoi An and I'm glad I eventually chose Victoria! It's really good value for money, with everything you would hope for at a beach resort. Staff are friendly and helpful, the perfect private beach is just a couple of minutes walk away through the beautiful resort gardens, buffet breakfast has plenty of options, there's a free shuttle bus into Hoi An old town (except during the hottest part of the day when you'll want to be poolside!), and some nice touches in the rooms like beach bags and straw hats, plenty of free bottled water and every night a different traditional Vietnamese story with your bedtime chocolate.
