Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Good price for nice villa with pool

pool, location, price
Great location in BKK1 (expat-area) on a quiet street. Has a pool which is rare for approximately $30/night. Rooms are not great but nice enough. I really don't like the sliding glass doors though - they should install proper doors. Wifi was barely usable and problematic to conenct to at most times.

too small pool, close lamp in midnight

good location and have many restaurant near hotel

location, nicely sized room
Female reception staff vrey friendly and helpful, male staff and restaurant/bar staff need training regarding attentiveness, cleanliness and service. The setting is nice, but the snmall garden needs urgent attention. The pool area is small, and half of the seats cannot be used because of the plants. Pool area/restaurant is not very clean. Could do with some environmentally conscious issues, i.e. not changing towles every day, but on demand. Breakfast quality is really poor. The place could improve a lot with some small things and make the money paid worth it.

Good location
the villa is situated in the bkk1 district of phnom penh - which is the expat and ngo area - a couple of meters off one of the district main roads. you will find a number of quality coffee shops and places to eat and drink within within walking distance. the posh cars of the cambodian corruption elite and their descendants will guide your way... also the two lanes 278 and 288 with a larger number of local and foreign restaurants and are within walking distance as well as a western style (and priced). the hotel is family friendly, so expect noise and splashing around the poolside. sextourists are not welcome. its just a short tuktuk ride to the cities major tourist spots. the female reception staff was very competent, friendly and helpful - the male staff at the reception was not polite (therefore my low rating of staff performance) room was clean.

Villa type small hotel in PP Cambodia

good location swimming pool breakfast served until 11am + friendly staffs
Stayed a few times, i like the swimming pool and the breakfast, but most of rooms are bit small and decoration in side rooms is bit old, bathroom is too dark, nice thing is that few cafes nearby hotel(walking distance)

Small Hotel in heart of PP

centrally located in PP, near few famous French restaurants in PP, 2 cafes walking distance and a Spa
Stayed here few times, good things i liked about this hotel is that there is a Spa/Massage one block away, and 2 cafes (BROWM and COSTAL COFFEE) within walking distance. The swimming pool is nice too especially having breakfast in the morning next to the swimming pool

Lovely boutique hotel in heart of the city

good breakfast, nice swimming pool
travel to PP every month, first time to try this hotel, because of the price and location, and looked good on photo in agoda, but bit disappointed with the cleaness of room, I guess because we stayed on ground floor, lot of insects.....and the toilet was too dark. but good breakfast and nice pool (but we did not swim, only looked nice), staffs were OK friendly
