Facilities are not suitable for young children.

Friendly staff. Located near the community.
The stay was during the Songkran holiday. The room did not have a clean toilet dirty. Air it needs to sleep with the fan on the door. On the second full bathroom is available. No towels. There is no fridge, no maid washing towels.

worst choice at Luangphabang

first cange the staff, then renovate rooms, then clean the bedsheets and the room
We travelled with a group and thought that despite the few comments we found about this hotel we would give it a try... that was the worst choice during our Southeast Asia trip... 4 of our rooms had completly dirty bedsheets like someone was stepping on them, the other had blood like spots. They said they cant change them cause they have no more sheets and the person with the clean sheets will come in next morning. After a 15 min. of arguement somehow they got sheets. Not to mention that the internet wasnt really working. But the worst thing came next day. The cleaning girl during the day used my gf`s laptop which had no password set. How we knew it? ...she was so stupid that she forgot to log out from her Facebook. Other stuff in the suitcase was moved too, but apparently nothing was missing. When we wanted to talk with the manager we found only a bunch of kids who claimed they run the hotel. We went to the tourist police, to leave ar report but they were useless. Finally we found the office where hotel licences are issued. We found out that none of these guys was owner or manager, and made a complaint too. By the time we got back to the hotel the "manager" was completly drunk, loud and annoying. Otherwise the hotel isnt centrally located at all, but you can find a few bars nearby. The hotel has potential but needs to be renovated, cleaned and all those kids from the staff changed... oh, by the way we asked this and other hotels nearby, and all gave us a much lower walk in rate than their online rates. Avoid this hotel, you can get way better ones for the money and closer to the center!!

avoid this place in LP

dirty, how
As I described in my previous review this is the worst place I stayed during the 2.5 months Southeast Asia trip. And the negative comment is not necceserly goes for the hotel amenities, because those arent that bad and could be improved, but it goes more for the very unprofessional hotel "management" and for the non existent service.... AVOID

Not worth

Friendly staff, Location, Internel
I had checked 2 rooms. Air conditioner in both rooms are not function, and there is so many many mosquito inside the room. Since Luang Prabang is such a small town, so most hotel should be close enough to the attractive.

Perfectly adequate

Lovely staff, comfortable bed and nice balcony
i enjoyed my stay at villa sayada. the staff were friendly and welcoming and as helpful as possible. the wi-fi in the reception area good, it would have been even better had the wi-fi strength reached the individual rooms. previous reviews mentioned the choice of breakfast, so it was disappointing to receive an email just before my 3 weeks long stay to say that breakfast would no longer be provided. overall, i would recommend villa sayada to others, and i would stay again.

Great Location and Friendly people

Everything was great except the wifi didn't work! We had a choice of breakfast each day which was nice, the staff were very helpful with everything. The location was very good with only a 7 minute walk to the main street where the night market was. Luang Prabang was a bit more expensive than anywhere else in Laos, but all in all we had a fantastic time in Laos.

Quaint guesthouse in a great location

Easy access to local bars, restaurants and river
The price I payed on Adoga.com was well worth the experience had at the guesthouse. The room was spotless, we had a balcony, aircon and a fan. Staff seemed to not be aware of the existance of Agoda, but honoured our booking in the end. Very comfortable and pleasurable stay at the end of three days! I would recommed this guesthouse to friends thraveling through Luang Prabang.

Nice but not that nice

Room was mosquito free; staff were friendly
Felt the review I had read was a bit overdone as it made this place sound like a real find. Whilst the room itself was nice and breakfast was OK, I couldn't call it 'a real find'. Slightly felt that the parents (owners?) had gone somewhere else and left it to the children - who were all v nice and perfectly able to run the place, admittedly. The shower needed some attention in my room. In a good location although not right in the centre. Places to eat and hire bikes within a few paces.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Hire a bike, cross the river and follow the road along the river through lots of small villages

Very friendly staff, clean hotel

A few rooms...not far from the centre..books tours ..pleasant
I enjoyed it....close to utopia, night markets, tours, shops, temples ..etc
Hotel Feature Tip: You'll get a better deal if you show up and book a room. Bargaining helps. Found this room like moine went for three different prices...all cheaper ...
