Need big renovation
I stayed at the building section. It was good view but the room was not in good condition. It was old and had a lot of broken furniture in the bathroom. The bedding sheets and towels were dirty. They asked to pay at check in with cash only. I would not go back there.

Could be amazing but actually awfully inadequate
View
This place could be amazing but is has fallen into a bad state of disrepair. There is an amazing view but it is blemished by piles of garbage and old broken furniture. The rooms could be decent but the beds are so old that you can feel each individual spring and some springs are broken. Do NOT look under the pillow cases!! You will find the sweat of so many other people that the pillows are brown. The cable tv only works in selected rooms. The compressor for the air conditioning unit in our room needs desperate repair. It was so loud that it sounded like a jet was inside our room. When we told the staff of the problems they ignored us. To actually get any food in the included breakfast you must wake up at the crack of dawn. Each time I went down there was only hot dogs and rice soup left and no plates or utensils. The food was always stone cold and when asked to microwave it for me I was stared at as if I was an alien. Not sure what they did with the food. The soup came back hot but the rest was still cold. When we confronted the staff the supervisor yelled at us and then complained that the staff do not listen to him. The manager promised a discount that never appeared. We were upgraded to a larger outdated suite with equally old mattresses and pillows BUT the tv worked as well as the air conditioning. All in all it was a nightmare of an experience and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

It's not what we expected
Wifi in rooms, superior room is big enough
Breakfast buffet is only for drinks. Food is always the same: 2 sausages, 2 slice of bread, 2 fried eggs, bacon, rice porridge. The bed is hard. We knew it from other reviews, but we could not imagine it is THAT hard. Stuff is lazy. Kind, but lazy. Cleaning rooms only if you put a sign on a door. And only if you put it at 2pm. If at 2 pm your child is sleeping - no room service for you today. Room service is very low quality. Once we have found an empty nuts package (not ours) under the blanket after cleanup. We had to ask at reception almost everything (even a toilet paper once!) Only 2 power plugs in room. Hard reachable form taxi station. 100m walk on the beach with luggage. Easy reachable beaches (both ao cho and ao wong deaun)

Great Location
Location, swimming pool, view from most rooms
Love this place but the beds are so hard in most rooms it does ruin your stay. Ask for comforters at reception.

Nice sea view from Family villa
Location
they were building new swimming area and small garden, so it was bit noisy. But after completion, must be a good swimming pool with a nice view.

Three day stay in Paradise
Location was good. Very nice beach.very romantic setting.
I know that you need an open mind when you travel to areas such as this. We certainly go with the flow. The location next to the beach was the most romantic I have ever experienced. My biggest issues were that there was a infestation of aunts and staff did not seem to think it was an issue. Staff were nice but unprofessional and there was no staff after 10.00 in the evening for support. Wifi was good. Breakfast was good.
