5 star American / Dubai hotel located in Faridabad
Overwhelming luxury, attention to detail
This is one of those hotels that makes an impression when you walk in of sumptuous luxury - manifested by high ceilings, marble walls, large spaces, a central courtyard with dancing fountains...
The impressiveness doesn't stop there - the rooms are just as sumptuous with lots of space, large flat screen TVs, spacious bathrooms with triple sized showers and large tubs.
This hotel is easily up to Dubai or US standards.
At the hotel restaurant service was equally well delivered. Even a humble tomato soup was delivered with aplomb and drama as it was poured in front of me into a bowl smeared artistically at the sides with tomato and with small cherry tomatoes in the center.
For the price you get an amazing 5 star experience. I would go out of my way (and did) to go to this hotel. This has to rate as one of the best places I have ever stayed (which is saying a lot).
The only drawback is that the hotel is not in central Delhi but 30+ minutes outside the city center. For visitors to Noida and Faridabad on business this makes it an excellent location, but tourists visiting the sights of Delhi may prefer a more central location.

Good value but Internet charges a Joke
As with most of India no hotel ever seems to get it 100% right
Service in general was excellent, especially the conceriege and reception. Service or by the pool bar, which can barely hold the right to call itself a bar was poor as was the selection and qaulity of food and drinks on offer....no alcohol allowed by the pool.
The Internet charges were a joke. You are charged for 24 hours at a time whether you are using the net or not....and you may only access through one computer at a time which caused major issues and my collegue and I both needed to be online at the same time but refused to pay double the charge. NO FIVE STAR HOTEL SHOULD CHARGE INTERNET...STANDARD
The hotel was in general clean but our balcony floor was filthy. Like it hadnt been mopped in a month and the pool area was also pretty dirty with lots of pigeon poo. Pigeons seem to be a bit of a pest at this hotel and they need to do something about it.
Breakfast was not particualry great, especially for a 5 star.
Lunch and Dinner menu was failry broad and food quailty was high, however there were some dissapointly sized and very overpriced dishes too.
Bar shuts too early, and has no direct outside area...spa is not cheap however very good quailty, TV is a waste of time.
Of the 5 star hotels in delhi this is properly the cheapest and in part equal in service etc...but it is way out of town, internet is a joke and you can only get a drink in your room late at night
My advice....stay near the airport if only on business and will be spending most of your time at the hotel or book ealry and get somewhere in central or south delhi
There is a lot worth seeing
If you can, read up on places to visit before you go and get a guide

Good and Comfortable Hotel
Well built and modern rooms
The Hotel is well located close to the city where you can enjoy quick access to the city as well as stay in calm environment away from the hustle bustle and the traffic noise. The rooms are good and so is the food especially at the signature restaurant "Dhaba".
Our stay was marred by a fire at the Dhaba due to which the restaurant was closed for dinner on 1 night and we had to go out for dinner to a different place as we were travelling with young children and the Hotel could not service us anything other than the overly priced Japanese and Oriental Food.
The service overall was average for a Hotel of this class. Kids activity room was closed all the time and we had to ask 3-4 times at the reception to open the room every time we wanted to use the room.
Having said the above, I may go back again to the hotel - if I get the opportunity.

Beautiful luxury hotel ! with good food & service
Excellent hotel, large rooms, good food, good service
Very good, beautiful luxury hotel.
we stayed there for 2 days attending a conference, they were nice to let us early check-in so we were ontime for our conference.
Rooms were very spacious, high quality.
Food also was quite good - Indian as well as Italian food.
Highly recommeded - will surely go back.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Choose a courtyard view room for brilliant views of the Surajkund forest reserve.
