Weekend Getaway
My review was submitted in Tripadvisor - this place is too pricey for the facilities. Great place for have a quiet peaceful vacation. Not for kids & elderly folks & not friendly for physically disabled folks. To get to the swimming pool one had to walk 60 steps & back to get to the room - pool was dirty, dead flies, leaves. Great staff, tasty food, amazing ambience - but other things also matter which was lacking.

Expensive but nice
An enjoyable stay and the room and facilities were lovely. A little over priced but nice location, good food, but too many stairs

Over priced
Whilst the place was pleasant, I have stayed in a number of places in the Philippines over the past 5 years and this place does not warrant the daily price. The room was not lavish, the wi-fi was poor, the shower was not good, the food was repetitious. Staff were courteous and helpful, but the place does not warrant the price.

Great place, food and staff :)
Great place! The food was excellent! The meals came with soup, salad, bottomless drinks and dessert. Very generous servings! Tried the steak and had it done medium-rare - it was so good. The hickory smoked ribs, gambas and fish dishes were also excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. All the staff were very polite, pleasant and attentive. Special mention goes to Giovanni from Z-Cafe who served us all throughout our 3-day stay. Our beachfront room was big and comfortable. Over-all, it was our best vacation so far. Well worth the long drive.

Simply the Best!
The polite and friendly staff. Very fortunate to meet the general manager of Vivere. She was hands on to all the guests. The best full-board meals. No rooms are alike. .
A beautiful 5 star resort/hotel. Polite and friendly staff. They would greet you good afternoon/evening whichever is approrpiate. Very fortunate to meet the general manager of Vivere,Ms. Elvie. She was hands-on to all the guests. Others may find the place pricey but for me considering the service, the room and amenities plus the superb food - I got my money's worth. No rooms are alike. Mine was Indonesian-inspired. My bed is larger than king-sized bed. Toiletries are so far the best among the hotels and resorts I've been to. They are made by VMV Hypoallergenics which are composed of Elation conditioner, hair & body shampoo and creamy rich intensive Milk. Accommodation includes full-board meals. They served the best food for every meal. But it is a 4-course meal. It starts off with soup, green salad, main course and dessert. Big servings good for 2 pax. GM Elvie informed to give her a call in case I would come back. She assured me that she would upgrade my room to a bigger one at the same price. I would surely come back!
