It needs TLC badly

The bathroom was horrible and the shower we did not even want to use. Lucky we only stayed 2 nights. The carpet really needs to be changed and the air con in the wrong place. Staff were very friendly.
I have to say the bathroom was horrible and the shower we did not even want to use. Luckely we only stayed 2 nights. The carpet really needs to be changed and the air con in the wrong place. Kept on going on and off every 10 seconds as the surroundings would get cool, turns off, the cool air spreads then turns on again...the staff however were friendly and the lobby quiet clean and modern...the rooms however need to be used the most so all in all would never stay here again.

Good value for money

Location was great, room was spacious for three adults and price was much more affordable than other hotels
We only stayed one night during transit and overall it was a pleasant stay. We were 3 adults and the room had two double beds. The view from the lanai was lovely and we could stroll over to the beach. There is a convenience store directly outside the hotel which stocked all your food needs and there are larger convenience stores nearby. There was a bad smell from the drains of he bathroom every now and then but it didn't ruin our stay.

Comfy 3-star hotel

value,location,friendly staff
It was a pleasant surprise as we expected a run-down hotel based on reviews. We got 2 double beds with a nice view on the 10th floor. Valet Parking is cheaper than other hotels in the area. Location was comfortable for everyone as it is a walking distance to the beach and Waikiki restaurants and shops. Highly recommended if you are on a budget and expecting a clean hotel.

Cheap hotel but not really happy with our stay

cheap, can accommodate 4 people in one room
My hubby and brother & wife stayed in July 2015. We booked a quad room and the price was good. The single beds were a tad hard and after two nights my hubby's back was very sore. We had a few problems during our stay. First, my brother went to the concierge and asked about seeing the USS Arizona Memorial. The woman gave him completely inaccurate information. We bought tickets to the USS Missouri etc, but when we got to the Center the ticketing people has never heard of the tour company. Thankfully the ticketing people took our word for it and let us in. Avoid booking through them! Secondly after a long day sightseeing we returned to discover our room keys not working. I had two bookings one for the 4 of us and a second for just 2. When we checked in we were assured that we'd be able to stay in the same room. They had changed their minds, sent us a message on the hotel phone system and when we didn't reply locked us out! The desk clerk told us that we needed to check out that night, and move rooms. I said that was ridiculous and he called the manager. Suddenly or was ok for us to change the next morning. I queried why we needed to move and was told we were going into a 2 person room from a 4. Fair enough I thought, but when we moved (two doors down) we moved into a musty smelling 4 person room!! Why did we HAVE to move? Who the hell knows. The bonus, the beds were a bit softer, but the AC unit rattled badly most of the night. In both rooms the curtains were torn as well. It was cheap, but not sure it was worth the cheaper price. Won't be coming back.

Convenient location

Location, friendly staff, location
Stayed overnight. Was surprised by the additional $10 "amenity fee"- a little sneaky. Stayed on the 12th level- the loud traffic noise was inevitable I guess, given the hotel location. The furniture could do with some overhaul- cracks in the bath tub and torn window curtain. The AC was incredible lay loud even on Low. Overall, it was an average experience. Okay for overnight stay. If staying longer, I'd suggest paying a little bit more and stay at a higher rated hotel.

Pretty average

good location but the condition is pretty average, our tv didn't work and staff couldn't help which is quite annoying.

Cheap but good

The price was right, comfortable and clean
Although my stay was extremely short, it was still a very pleasant experience and very affordable

Helpful staff and the room was clean
The staff were good and the room was clean. But really that was about it. We had curtains which were broken and others which had tears in them held together with sticky tape (masking tape). Sadly lacking given the reviews and photos on the website. I won't be recommending it to others
