Nice stay in a quite surroundings

Spacious, Overlooking the water & the Esplanade, Quiet location
Our 2-bedroom apartment was spacious though fixtures were a bit dated. Cleanliness is average and kitchen facilities is basic. It had a nice view overlooking the water and the Esplanade. A leisurely stroll along the Esplanade from the hotel to the city center might take at least 30 minutes. So I would not recommend this hotel if one is not driving. Besides, though there is the word 'hotel' in the name of this property, it is indeed a totally self-catered apartment. It has no daily cleaning service and will only provide you with some initial set-up supplies like tissues, a small pack of milk for your coffee, coffee and tea bags. If you need more supplies thereafter, you will have to pay for that(We however had successfully got tissue replenished). At the end of your stay, you are also required to put away all kitchenware that you have used and to throw away all your rubbish. Otherwise, a fine will be followed. The rules stated in the check-in paper seemed quite strict and we dare not to put it on a trial.

Very comfortable apartment for the price.

Very good floor plan. Amazing shower and thick fluffy towels. Lovely views, from balcony and close to esplanade.
Very comfortable apartment although not luxury as stated on sign at front of apartment and on website. Quiet and close to esplanade and parks. Bedroom was set back a considerable distance from lounge area which was much appreciated as I was unable to hear TV if reading or having an early night. (Hubby has it on high volume and channel surfs frequently) Pool was exceptionally clean and lovely gardens. Nice leisurely walk into shops and restaurants. Very happy with our stay and would return.

Good apartment with lovely view

Apartment, price, kitchen utensils
Lovely stay. The apartment was an easy drive to the city centre and had a lovely view of the esplanade. Ceiling fans were a great idea as it wasn't hot enough for a/c but hot enough for fans. The apartment had comfortable furnishings and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils, pots, pans and crockery.

Brilliant except for location

Very clean
A bit far from the city centre- definitely a great hotel for families with cars. We walked to the city centre which took about half an hour which became really exhausting after the first day!

average hotel for the price

the view of the beach was good and it was quiet
the hotel has it's best years behind it as it is dated and could be kept cleaner.
