Good comfortable hotel with relaxed atmosphere
Modern comfortable rooms. Great staff.
I started to stay once per week recently to work at a local office. I find the hotel has all of the amenties required. The Fiod is great at the restaurant, the brasserie and the adjoining pub (the stables). The staff (from reception, to dining, to cleaning) are all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a comfortable, pleasant stay near Leeds.

nicde hotel.. very clean and friendly.
nice food , nice rooms
rooms a little bit small but perfectly ok for a short stay. beware on a weekend there is generally a wedding on and it is very noisy indeed. avoid if you can as wont get any sleep as i found sleep.. the staff cant do anything about it and became a little frosty when i complained. the least u expect is a nights sleep , instead i got banging doors at 2-3am waking me up as people returned to there rooms.

good location, changing rooms was not a problem
staff very friendly, reception bar and dining areas very nice
room 155 the first room we were given had a drains smell in the bathroom, also behind the blinds there was thick black mold growing on the window frame. there was an loud buzz in the bedroom that became worse when you opened the window. we requested another room and were given room 29 on the ground floor, this room was slightly small but did not suffer from the same as above. the receptions did not put up an argument but also did not apolgise.
