Convenient for the price

This is one step up from a hostel. It was adequate and convenient. Beware the mothballs which were visible in the closet and at the corners of the bed,

avoid! worst hotel ever!

from where should i start? a complete nightmare!! not clean at all, staff not friendly, and sometimes very rude! the breakfast tasted like! (i'm not kidding) the room is not clean, and had many bugs, including cockroaches! the shower was cold, the wifi worked in the first 5 minutes. the highlight of our nightmare stay was spotting the cleaner sleeping over the "clean sheets" on the dirty floor!! as a couple travelling with only a backpack and a tight budjet we weren't expecting much from this hotel, but we didn't think that would be that disappointing and disgusting! please, do a favor and avoid this hotel! if a could i would give no star for this!

Worst in Thailand!

worst hotel in Thailand. Cockroaches in room. Wifi hardly works. Mgt and staff attitudes stinks. Aircon has no filtering system. One can smell the dust. Breakfast included - 1 egg and 2 slices of toast! Etc etc etc. Not recommended. And I do not complain very easily. Stay away from this place.

OK for short stay

For me, proximity to General Post Office.

This is not generally a tourist hotel. Small, poky, but I needed somewhere close to the GPO. It's OK for one or two nights, no more. Not in a tourist area. They do a wonderful Indian/Pakistani curry, and so they should, given the usual clientele of the hotel. But good value for money.

Excellent value for money

Peaceful, well-located, good value for money

The hotel is suitable for anybody on a budget trip, and offers cheap and clean Indian meals. The a/c room was small, but comfortable and clean. One regular problem was with the cigarette smoke in the corridors, as the ventilation in the rooms and the stairwells is poor, and the smoke creeps into the rooms all the time. The economy rooms have no windows, and this can present a sense of claustrophobia.

Easy access to public transport but poor services

Easy access to the public transport (Taxi), cheap price

It is the good place to access to the public transport particularly in catching the taxi. The room is good for the bed but not clean and it is quite small and not quiet. The staff is not friendly.
