The hotel is in a good location. Near beach but beach is not that clean. Pool ok but needs more beach chairs. For a hotel of this size, you'd think they have more chairs. The Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is included. Hotel could use more upgrades and renovations but all in an enjoyable stay. Famous restaurant there but I hardly saw anyone eating there since the prices were exorbitant compared to foods around the area

Comfort and Conveniency
Location along the middle of Karon Beach - ideal and short walk to shops and nightlife. Excellent service and welcoming nature of the staff.Nice rooms and well serviced.
My stay at Woraburi was excellent. I was visiting Phuket for the third time and to the same hotel. It has maintained if not improved its good service and friendly staff . The room was well serviced daily and was roomy and clean. The location half way along the beach was wonderful and I could stagger back no problem from the many bars. The breakfast food was good and plentiful.Reception staff were very welcoming and willing to help. This is a hotel worth every dollar spent.
Ask around the different travel kiosks in town to get a best deal on any trip/activity.....you can bargain a good discount.Includes minibus transfer to airport for 250 baht whereas 700-800 baht for a taxi.

woraburri hotel karon beach phuket
clean and comfortable spacious rooms
pool room access rooms have spacious patio area
robe in room
air conditioning didn't miss a beat
opposite a pristine breath taking beach
The Woraburri Hotel in Karon beach has a great location. It is a traditional Thai style building
The rooms advertised with ocean views have limited views and you may disappointed. The ground floor pool access rooms are very spacious. A fridge, tea and coffee making facilities are very handy. We had a twin bedded room but the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The reception staff were very friendly throughout our stay.
Breakfast was not of a very high standard and getting a cup of coffee from the wait staff was also not the best.
The location of this hotel was good. It is half way along a most beautiful beach with easy access to the beach.
I thought is was a little expensive for what we we got.
Phuket town markets are held on a Saturday and Sunday evening and would have to be the best value for money I have ever experienced. Food isn't bad either!

the location and the beach.
the location of the hotel is very good close to the beach but the hotel does not have privet beach. you have to pay evry day 100 bath for 2 chair and ambrela.
the staff do not understand English , only in the reception and the comunication is very hard. They replace towels only one time a day. The swiming pool is nice but small and very close to the rooms.

The hotel is right across the street for the beach. They have adjoining rooms, which is very nice for families - it's practically a suite with the door between the rooms. The staff was perfect in every way.
Location is excellent choice for families at night.
We stayed here three nights. I was a little wary about booking these rooms because the rate was so low that I was afraid it would be a dump. But, the pictures on Agoda are very accurate and we were very happy with our rooms. It would have been a bargain at triple the price! I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. This will be our choice on our next trip to Phuket.
Go to James Bond Island.

Woraburi, Great Holiday!!
Very nice room, large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. Cabana pool access is great, accessible by others, but yet giving privacy. No noise coming from outside at all.
Overall, Woraburi is very nice. I stayed in Cabana pool access and two nights were just not enough. The room is large, and the best part is definitely bathroom. Although staying in pool access, which is very open to others, but yet, it is quiet and private. Comparing to other pool access room I’ve been, this is incredible. All furniture setting is convenient and I can spend all day just to stay in the room.

Clean, nice pool but nothing special
Maybe I had my expectations set a little high but room was very standard. Hotel staff were friendly but not able to provide information on any of our questions about local amenities. The pool was fantastic and beautifully designed. We did not eat at the hotel – adding breakfast was going to cost an extra £17 a night for the two of us so I cannot comment. Like all hotels, the spa was very over priced; however, just round the corner are 2 great value massage places. Overall our experience was fine, but nothing special.
Rather than taking a 500BAHT single taxi ride into town, rent a motorbike for the day for between 250-300BAHT in the complex next to the hotel.

Very relaxing trip
Very near the beach, and shops, restaurants etc. Room was clean and larger than I expected. Friendly staff.
I was there last year in September 2009, with 6 friends, and most of us had our own rooms.
The staff were very friendly from the time we entered the lobby to the time we left. One particular female staff impressed us all, especially with the way she would walk to greet us every time we returned to the hotel. It was unnecessary but I felt this deserved special mention.
The room was roomy enough, with a nice balcony which is great for people who smoke. With a nice pool, gym and pool tables, it was easy to spend time chilling out without even leaving the hotel.
I especially loved the fact that it is so near the beach, we merely had to step out of the hotel, cross a small road and the monsoon drain next to it and we'd practially be in the beach. Probably only about 50m away to the beautiful sand and waters.
The breakfast was reasonably good too, along with the food we ordered during the night from room service.
The only grouse we had was the lack of a wine opener. Calling room service to provide for one was quite a hassle, as we ere told they only had ONE in the hotel and we couldn't keep it during our stay. Then because it was late in the night, the only staff available who held the opener also had to man the bar in the lobby, which ment we had to make the trip down to the lobby to et our wine bottles opened up. Minor grouse really, and it didn't really spoil our vacation at all.
In fact we plan to return again, in a couple of months.
