unbeatable location!
the garden restaurant overlooks Chapultepec forest and the castle. Beautiful!
We thought the standard room was too small so we upgraded to a king suite which was very comfortable and well priced. The staff could not have been more helpful and charming.

This is a good 3-4 stars small size hotel located in front of chapultepec castle in Polanco. Price is good, room size is big if you take a superior room. You have a good rooftop bar-restaurant with a nice view on chapultepec. This is where I stay everytime I come to Mexico.

Generally Good Service With Friendly Staff
customer-oriented staff, comfortable bed and pillows
I like the hotel primarily because of their staff, who are always smiling and ready to assist. They gave me a complimentary upgrade to a suite without me asking for it. And most of them called me by my name. I also like their soft bed and pillows, which are better than most hotels I have stayed in so it is worth mentioning. Their rooftop bar/restaurant has a good view of Chapultepec Castle, and it is worth checking out. The included breakfast is quite limited, with just bread, fruits in yoghurt and coffee. After some days, it becomes quite repetitive. Others might find the quiet neighborhood a negative, as there are not many restaurant/nightlife options around. But on the other hand, it is right beside Chapultepec Park with the museums. The major drawback for me was when I was checking out they wanted me to pay in Mexican pesos at a high exchange rate if I was not going to use a Mexico-based credit card. But good thing that was resolved when they allowed me to pay in cash in US dollars.
