Peaceful stay

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, tranquil atmosphere
A beautiful and peaceful setting - a tranquil oasis in the busy city. The location is excellent with a spa on site, restaurants nearby and the night market is just around the corner. Rooms are clean and kitted out for mosquitoes (although they spray the grounds to keep the bugs at bay). Staff were very friendly and welcoming and eager to please. I would highly recommend a day trip with Nop who is a Yaang Come driver. He has amazing knowledge of the country and will keep you entertained!

Lovely and spacious suites ( we did not see standard rooms) and wonderful staff. Special compliments to Nita.
Could not have been better. Very good breakfast buffet. Did not dine at the restaurant at other times of the day.

Charming hotel

Ambiance, location, staff
This is a low 4 star hotel. It was perfect for my stay in Chiang Mai with my daughter. Easy walk to the River Market and night bazaar. My room was charming and clean. I would have been much more impressed if we had not had hot water issues in our shower. I never got a good, warm shower. Hot and cold. I complained to the staff and they sent maintenance to check it out, but they said it is working fine. They need to figure that out! Our room (321) was beautifully situated by overlooking the pool, and it was very spacious. The hotel is next to a good Thai restaurant, and about 1 block off of the main strip. I was impressed with how quiet and peaceful the location is. Their checkout process is a bit strange. You have to wait 5-10 minutes while they inspect your room to make sure that nothing is missing. I've been to Thailand dozens of times, and this is the first time I've experienced this. The buffet food was good - not a huge spread, but the eggs and coffee were good for this level of a hotel. Pool was clean and seemed well maintained. The restaurant has a small restaurant and bar so we were able to order drinks and food poolside. Overall, this was a good hotel for my trip with my daughter.

Best hotel stay in Changmai

Quiet environment, great service & good location
We stay for 3 nites in Oct'15. Booked a superior room. Check-in was great. We will guided to a table beside the reception counter and served with a nice cold drink and towel to refresh ourselves while the staff prepare the check in doc. Staff walked us to our room and show us the surroundings and the room facilities. They prepared a mosquitos device when I email them about the online comments on the bugs in the room. So nice of the hotel to deco the room with loving swans and prepare daily fresh fruits during our stay. The environment was very nice and quiet even though it's just beside the night market street. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Very attentive to our needs and requests. The pool was very nice and see a lot of guests relax on the seats along the pool. The room (although superior) was very clean and spacious. The toilet is very spacious too. The bed was nice and comfortable. TV is small but doesn't bother us because we hardly turn on the TV. Went for the day tour arranged by the hotel through a travel agent (Journey Tour). It was one of the best tours we ever had. The itinerary was good (took the Chang Rai tour) and the tour guide was professional. Didn't bring us to those shops that sell expensive products. Good recommendation by the hotel staffs! Breakfast was ok. Spread was decent and the fruits are real nice and sweet. Service was good too. They even prepare a takeaway sandwich with fruits and packet drink for us when we need to join the tour early in the morning. Very thoughtful of them. Only that they don't provide coffee takeaway. ;) We would certain come back to Yaang Come Village hotel again if we visit Changmai. We even recommend this hotel to our friends after a great experience with the staffs.

Great hotel in the middle of Chiang Mai!

Location, Room Size and Breakfast
Yaang Come Village is a beautiful little oasis just next to Night Bazaar. Hotel is just next to Night Bazaar, yet a bit inside making it a very quiet and beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed their nice breakfast, pool, which was just perfect for our son and, of course, proximity to Night Bazaar and other attractions! As others have mentioned, they did have a bit of mosquitoes, but again, so do all the other hotels in Chiang Mai and SEA. If we are back in Chiang Mai we will definitely stay at Yaang Come Village again!

Hidden little paradise

The garden pathways are gorgeous. The staff is very sweet. The pool and bathrooms are very nice.
We were surprised to find this place right off of the city of Chaing Mai , as once you turn into it , you feel you are in mountain seclusion . Beautiful grounds, lush walkways full of gorgeous various blooms and greenery . Very nice pool, very nice staff. The room is nice and rustic , the beds are very hard though . The air conditioner works well , but our room needed two of them and there is only one . The area the beds are in stays a bit stuffy and warm . They have a really nice breakfast each morning and are right beside a beautiful upscale restaurant . The spa is also very traditional , expensive by Thailand standards , but really good. The location is great walk to to all sorts of places and the night market . I would recommend this place , I do plan on returning . Oh they also have a beautiful business center, really it's a super nice peaceful , beautiful , place . Biggest complaint is the beds need to be more comfy , I like a firm bed , but this was just hard.

A real treat

The staff are very helpful with arranging a private tour, hailing tuktuks, toting luggage, fixing a door. The breakfast buffet was expansive, including a chef for cooking eggs. I loved the pool
