Quiet hotel away from hustle and bustle of city

In room hot spring, large size room, great view
Very quiet and peaceful environment away from the city. However it is rather troublesome to go to the city due to the distance as well as no food/shops in the vicinity are major downsides to staying here. Room air con was also not functioning well and some of the amenities/furnishing were slightly aged.

Wonderful spa

outside spa, mountain view, hot spring
It is really the best spa in Taiwan we ever met. The water is from natural hot spring with different temperature. That was great. On the other hand the eating is organized too bad. Do not go to buffet. It is overpriced and extremely poor. Breakfast is more or less acceptable but dinner is better to have in their restaurant which called Bluemarine or something similar. Anyway do not expect too much.

A relaxing hot spring stay

many different kinds of hot springs, large room, good view
Overall experience was very happy. Since the location was quite remote and only a few buses pass the hotel everyday, I suggest the hotel can provide shuttle bus service or paid-point to point transport service.

refreshing mountain view

our room was spacious with two king beds and fairly new interior. We loved the outdoor hot spring tubs and kids loved the slide.
Overall relaxing and enjoyable with children. The main dinning room only offered a set lunch menu which was heavy food for lunch. Hotel needs a small convenient store where we could purchase small snacks for kids off meal time. There main pool was relaxing but there is a dirty kids pool next to it that was not kept up which can breed Mosquitos. The staff at lobby was friendly and welcoming. House keeping responsed to our needs immediately. However the spa area staff needs improvement and the pool side cafe needs to offer real snacks and drinks. The recreation room only had two table tennis and and a pool table far away down in the basement corner. Our kids would've loved to have a few more options in a brighter and safer location. However the view from the hotel room and the outdoor spa were wonderful. We would visit again.

Good relaxing break away from city hustle bustle

Fantastic location in the mountains / In-room hot springs
We stayed for a night during our trip in Taipei. It is a good break away from the hustle bustle of the city, a bit far from the main city but there are frequent buses / taxis available to get to the hotel. The in-room hot springs are great & the overall location in the mountains is very relaxing. The amenities could do with some touch-ups, along with the food options since it is a bit far from the markets / city.

Quiet location

Location. Friendly staff
Nice hotel, but not 5 star in my opinion. Difficult to get something to eat outside normal eating times.
