Best choice. Good value for the money.

Mattress, room clean, nice staff
Correct for one week, close to a 7eleven. Rooms on the backside is a better choice.

Hotel Needs Major Overhaul
Unless you are flat broke, AVOID THIS PLACE. Even if I was low on funds would not stay here. When I checked in, I had to be moved to 3 different rooms because the rooms had all kinds of issues (door wouldn't lock, safe wouldn't work, AC poor working condition, etc.). The final room they put me in did not have a phone that worked (I could not call but could receive calls) even though staff replaced it due to the same issue. The door did not have a fully functioning lock but at that point I realized there was no way they would be able to fix it. They had to give me the safe key since they couldn't get it to work and I was afraid to use the safe because it was broken and may not have opened even with a key. The staff was friendly like most Thai hotel staff but, their English was bad. When you have a hotel with lots of issues, there is no way they will be resolved if the staff does not even understand you. The last straw was when the WiFi went out and the staff did not understand when I told them the problem. The owner of this place is clearly irresponsible and in other countries he/she would most likely be sued for many reasons. Apparently the owner does not want to spend the money to make sure things are working. I was never told on Agoda that this hotel had motion activated hall lights such that it would be pitch black in the hallway until you were detected. This was a bit scary. As well, if you leave your room, the AC is so bad that when you return it will take more than an hour to cool your room. They have welded the key to the key ring so you cannot remove it from the plastic power activator in the room so you cannot leave the AC on when you leave. This hotel is in need of a major overhaul. I would not stay here even if it was free. I booked for 3 nights but had already made plans to leave by midnight. I have stayed at many hotels in Thailand and each has had its fair hare of problems.

Big Spacious Room
Located 5 mins from the main road where the baht bus drop off point. 5-10 mins bus ride away from city center. Staff speaks english and commuication was ok. motorcycles available for rent at hotel. if walking in from main road, look out to the right or look out for the side of the road that is nearer to the hill. convenience store nearby, 5 mins walk further down the street. Very quiet area at night.

Very clean and big rooms

The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean, also with a big new LCD
The hotel is located 50m from the baht bus route that can take you to Pattaya center within 5-10 minutes. There is also a major road right next to the hotel and one can hear every passing vehicle even from the room, so it is noisy at times. The room however is big enough and very clean, all the appliances working and in good condition, including a big new LCD. The downside is that most international TV channels are locked. There was also little misunderstanding upon me arriving, as the staff at first didn't understand I booked my stay with Agoda and didn't have to pay them cash.
