The family suite
We stayed a night at the hotel family suite in early April. The room is small, looks like a double bedroom fitted with three beds. Beware of the low ceiling height. I would suggest don't bother booking the family suite - hardly any space for the kid to move around with two or three big luggage in the room. We chose this hotel because of its heritage look and would like to know more about its history, colours used etc. It would be great if the hotel could introduce the hotel in detail to the the guests or arrange a tour. The hotel is easily assessible to non hotel customers. These visitors walked around the hotel taking photos etc. No privacy. I was also a bit worried about the security when the door of my room wasn't working. I complained to the staff and was told it just needed a good pull.

Lovely hotel!
This is a fabulous hotel - great facilities, friendly staff, good location. Hotels are like a dime a dozen in this part of Georgetown but with breakfast included and a welcome drink and farewell gift made this stay really special. Will definitely stay here if I come to Georgetown again!!

Charming heritage hotel, friendly service & centra
Hotel was really charming with really friendly & helpful staff that makes one feels at home. Location was pretty central hence able to walk to some of the popular eatery/cafe or convenient store within 5 - 15mins. Yeng Kheng cafe was very charming too with delicious food and local breakfast. Thumbs up, will stay in Yeng Keng Hotel again for sure.

Nice Stay
good location, comfortable bed, nice breakfast
Pros: The hotel is in great walking distance to a variety of things to see. The breakfast was substantial and had a good variety. The staff is very accommodating, and even packed us sandwiches for our early flight back. Cons: We were in a room right off of the entrance where the reception desk is, and I think it gave us a completely different feel for the hotel. There was also a pipe in our shower that was open and dripping. They put a cup to catch the water, but made a constant drip noise. They offered to switch our room, but we would have to pay more. Overall we had a good stay. Would probably try someplace else though.

ok
Interior, restaurant, service
I think is very interesting Heritage hotel with concept and story. only comments is : the single bed is too small and the bed is not clean. Others than that is very nice to stay at Yeng Keng.
