該服務式住宅要於入住前1小時打電話通知客人到來. 由於只有電話而沒有電郵, 我們於2日前電郵agoda, 請她通知酒店我們到達時間, 以安排職員開門, 並請agoda回覆是否能辦到, 惟只收到agoda回覆以通知該服務式住宅, 等待其回覆, 但並沒有確認是否能安排. 我們於火車上電話接收不到, 無法再打去該住宅確認, 準時到達後, 發覺接待處沒有開, 內裡亦無職員, 我們唯有打電話連絡酒店職員, 叫他找人來開門. 職員竟說叫我打給經理, 又說發sms給我. 等了10mins, 該名男子再打來, 說keys在保險箱內, 會發sms給我們告知password. 最後, 成功取了keys 上房, 又要再sms他問他取wifi password. wifi signal很差
房間很大, 有kitchen, 當然沒有safe. 露台不可lock. 住了3又之後toilet的燈壞了, 樓下的接待處基本上沒有任何人出現, 住了5天, 從沒見到任何職員, 故他們亦不會知道toilet唯一的燈壞了, 我們亦懶得通知他, 費事浪費電話費. 故只能用自備的手電筒照著沖涼!!!
最後check out 我們門也沒有鎖, 把keys放在table上就走了

Good location, the apartment is closed to subway, only 5 mins on foot. And there is a supermarket located beside the subway too, feel convenience to shop.
Big room with a open kitchen, some kitchenwares are dirty but also enough to cook a simple meal. No elevator, it is hard to carry my big luggage to 5th floor room .
Really really no service. Since my flight was delayed, and I knew we must arrive the apartment at midnight, therefore I phone to the apartment at 6:00pm and told the staff our situation. And he order me to phone them when we arrive. Finally we arrived there at 12:30 am, but no one there and no one answer our phone call. We keep calling to the staff and try to see any notice or memo paper on the front door or floor.
Finally, we found several sets of key in an unlocked small locker, the locker is located at the downside of the front door. After we entered the building, we didn't know which room is mine since we got several sets of key, so we use the keys to open all the rooms and see which room is only for 2 people. Since the staff didn't told me to get the key from locker, so if we didn't spend time to search and try, I think we must go to another hotel at midnight.
Until the last day morning (before 9:00), 2 mens was standing in front of our door and said they didn't have our check in record, they order us to open the door immediately with an impolite sound whatever we still sleeping. Of course they didn't have our record since I cannot meet any staff within these 3 days whatever morning and night. Finally he read and get my agoda paper record and remind us to check out at 11:00.
No "Basic" service, included no polite staff, and also no normal check in and check out service.
