07. La Corniche hotels & accommodations

Our stay was comfortable but a little bland,we stayed there at the end of a 12 day stint in Southern France and were really in need of a pool and total chill out, however the pool and pool area could have been cleaner, our room which was comfortable had a T.V which had no english channels except the news on a loop and you couldn't get movies on demand, which normally we w...

We had a 5 day break, we'd asked for an early check - on booking (which you have to pay for by the way) but still not get our rooms until 4pm. On checking in we weren't told where any of the facilities were, including where or when breakfast was, pool, gym etc. I had to keep asking throughout our stay. We also asked for a late check out (again you have to pay) but had ...

Hotel was not near the town of Marseilles and is located in a secluded area up a hill. To make things worse, the hotel staff actually accused us of stealing a pillow during our stay there! Who in the right mind will want to stuff a pillow in his or her luggage? Wifi connection was poor

The room is very big enough with chic and trendy decoration! Friendly and helpful staff, recommended a local restaurant, not expensive and provide delicious Belgium cuisine. Around 20 minutes walk to the central station, but it's easy to reach the sight attraction! Better to have a map of the hotel as it's not easy to find out.

However, the particular room I was in (B6) had this shower with a tile floor that was falling apart. Worse yet, the toilet is in another room, with no way to wash your hands without going to the bathrooms. Finally, the terrace is right below the neighbor's so yo...
