Last minute booking, but the owner was very accommodating. Very responsive. Had a glitch with the room, but they were able to give us another room easily. My cats enjoyed the room very much. We enjoyed our Christmas staycation.

Owner was there to allow me to check in. Condo lobby is located directly across the 101 Newport Blvd North Wing and also next to Popeyes. It is a condotel. Condo is an old unit. It is walkable from NAIA T3. Just walk to car exit and across the big street. Get behind the Savoy Hotel. It looks upscale in a small area surrounded by regular people living quarters. Condo is dated but clean. AC works but I think it needs freon especially the unit by the entrance. I did see 1 roach in the night next to the bed. Local area has a lot of eateries and convenience stores all within walking distance. Cost me 210 peso for a Grab to T3 and around 125 peso just to drive you across from T3 to the condo.

the room is huge for its price, elegant and with complete furnitures and appliances. location at just couple of minutes from MIA terminal 3, or about 10min walk.. the building is secured from the lobby, with guards and receptionist to attend every guest. the host is very accommodating and approachable, will escort you to your room and make sure that you have all what you need before leaving you to relax and enjoy your stay.. he will leave you his contact details should you need anything else, he will just be a chat away.. the room is clean and spacious, well designed and arranged, kitchen is complete.. you get more value than what you paid for.. totally worth every single cent.. will surely choose this room should the need arise.. thank you for an excellent experience!
