Poor ventilation”
Not suitable if stay with young kid or yourself has nose/lung sensitive to smoke. To be fair, i booked a room without windows. That's why ventilation play a major role here. I booked a non smoking room. However, occupants on the next door were smoking and every time when they start smoking, the tobacco smell find its way to fill in my room and suffocate me. the smell trapped in the room for hours, I was relying the ventilation unit in the toilet to remove the smoke but it is not strong enough. For a night is still bearable but i booked for a week, that a big NONO.

Room- NOT sound proof. My next door coughing a whole night and the small child keep on crying. Toilet flush system are very bad. The auto detect room key need to be changed, it failed to lock is not secure. Iorcod need servicing.

We can't even sleep whole night. Many noise and loud whole the night. Kik Kok kik Kok from upstairs sounds renovation or drilling. Toilet also noisy whole night. No provide hair dryer. Not value with this price. Too high.

Dirty and Noisy hotel”
We stayed 4 nights in this hotel with regret. The room was extremely small and dirty. The Toilet was too small until u can't sit on the toilet bowl. We can't even sleep at night as the hotel was very noisy. Family room with 3pax they only gave 2 bottles of water and half toilet roll. Definitely will not come back again.
