Do not book downstairs cause you will be annoyed of the foot steps since the floor is made out of wood Its so noisy. The water pipe of the bathroom is damaged so if you will use the shower some of the water will go out of the pipe its also annoying. The rest are good

The apartment was very cheap and nice was quite hard to find it though. You can walk along river side nearby and stay calm. The location is not so good but I prefer suburb to downtown.

Very nice small appartment in japanese style”

The location for visiting Fukuoka isn't very good but the price for Fukuoka standards definately makes up for that! Especially if you don't mind a short walk. Never saw the host. All contact was via mail, she offered to do and did our laundry when we were gone though. The accommodation is a little bit hard to find. Make sure you download the mail with description and pictures!

후쿠오카 생존기”

일단 이 숙소를 이용하려면 지하철패스권은 기본이다. 이 숙소는 후쿠오카에 많이 다녀본 사람이어야만 가치를 쫌(?) 알 수 있다. 나카스에서 편의점이나 돈키호테, 캐널시티 정도로 돌아다닐 사람들은 예약할 장소가 못된다. 멀리 지역을 넘나들면서 이용할 사람들은 생각해봐도 괜찮다. 사진으로 봐도 알수있듯이 별 5개를 기대하면 안된다. 추운겨울에는 추천하지않는다. 창문으로 통풍이 잘됨. 화장실과 욕실만큼은 넓게 써야하는 사람한테는 다른곳을 알아보길 권장. 진짜 4명이서 잘 생각이라면 후회할지도 모른다. 2명이라면 널널함. 사진에 나와있는 용품이 전부다. 더 필요한게 있다면 다 챙겨와라. 여행일정이 길면 세탁기가 없으니 옷을 많이 가져오던가 클리닝룸을 이용해야함. 한 10분 걸어나가면 유메마트옆에 세탁기 600엔 건조기10분*3 300엔으로 돌릴 수 있음. 세탁시간은 1시간 또는 대기가 있으면 그 이상걸리니 참고. 겨울 아침은 난방기와 전자레인지를 같이 쓸 일이 많은데 그 2개만 틀어도 차단기가 떨어짐 참고하자. 드라이기는 목이 부러졌는지 계속 접힌다. 벽이 얇아서 방음이 1도 안된다. 한밤중에는 장군님축지법쓰신다를 크게 틀어놓고 북조선을 찬양해보자.

괜찮은 숙소였어요^^”

하코자키역JR전철이나 가이즈카역 지하철에서 숙소까지 도보로 15분 정도 거리가 있지만 주변에 강도 있고 JR전철역부터 숙소까지 걷는길엔 대형마트가 3개나 있고 숙소 가까운 대형마트앞에 텐진으로 가는 버스가 있어서 버스 시간만 잘 맞추면 시내까지 다니기 괜찮았어요~침대 없는 방이라 조금 넓게 사용할수 있고 주방이 있어 편리해요...여유롭게 여행하실분에겐 가성비 좋은 숙소 인거 같아요~^^

거리 요금 환경 최악”

생각보다 먼거리 입니다 초보여행으론 다소 무리 인듯 조금비싸더라도 시내와 가까운곳에 잡는걸 추천 합니다 또 건물 자체가 오래된것으로 주변 소음과 방음이 아예 안됩니다 둘째날 새벽에 윗층에 소음이 지진 난줄 알았어요 ㅎ 그냥 조은 경험했다 셈치고 다음엔 안가는게 조을듯 비용은 생각보다 비쌉니다 그돈에서 더보태서 하카다 시내나 텐진쪽으로 구하는게 조을듯 합니다
