New remodeled private house.
Two bedrooms. One with two single beds on first floor, and the other one with one double bed on the second floor.
Total can accommodate four people.
Private bathroom need not to share with other group of guests.
Large kitchen with handy facilities.

Great location! 3 minutes walk to the Hankyu Kyoto line station, Kamishinjo.

Excellent accommodation and owner! Well worth the money”

I was there for 4 nights in November with 3 of my family members and the accommodation was of a very good standard (new, clean and tidy). And it was wonderful to be equipped with all basic amenities and a little garage (height limited 155cm) which best suited our need. For your trip without renting a car, the nearest railway station is just few minutes away. The owner was especially nice and could not have been more helpful to us. Overall I would say this little but decent house was well worth the money and we will be going back when we are next in KIX again.

值得推薦的民宿！Great place to stay!”

這次來大阪住在JC House民宿真是很特別的體驗，有一種在地居家的感覺。 房子很乾淨，設備又齊全，住起來很舒適。 離車站只要3分鐘，車子班次也多，連去了兩天京都也不覺得累。 另外，房東人很親切，旅行途中有什麼問題都能即時地熱心解答，給了我們很大的幫助。
