For many visitors arriving at Cameron Highlands from Simpang Pulai, the tea house is a favorite stopover before Brinchang. The location is convenient access to the city’s must-see destination.

Please take care of yourself in the premises. We will try our best to make our place safe but safety is under individual responsibility. Check-in: 3.00 pm Checkout: 12.00 pm Late check-out: RM50 / hour Deposit and cross id or lesen will be collect by the host after booking confirmed. Upon check in you will given (ONE) room key and (ONE) access card for lift and basement parking. There will be a surcharge of RM100 for EACH missing key / access card .charge for damage - Please keep the apartment clean and tidy - No outdoor shoes in the house - Quiet hours after 11pm - Wash all the kitchen utensils after used - Eating on the bed is strictly prohibited - No jumping on the bed - Strictly no smoking in the house - No pets allowed. - No durian Penalty will be imposed if found any damanges of the furniture or lost of apppliances.

The apartment is clean. When we met problem , host was respond very fast. And kindly updated the room details as for room 2 & 3 is only 1 queen bed , but not 1 single & 1 queen. Host is very friendly, give us recommended tourist attraction .

It has been more than great , the 3 bedrooms are clean and apartment is close to lavender garden and other attractions like water crest valley . It has convenience store downstairs and hotpot and western restaurant downstairs. The host give us some guide to the restaurants nearby and also handy tips and information ! Highly recommend Ed

Had a wonderful stay with a beautiful mountain view..Few restaurants and 7 eleven is located at the downstairs....The host Mr Ck is very helpful by advising us on the places in Cameron Highland...Anyway it is recommended for the people who wanted stay far away for the town during the festival or public holiday time...

I've stayed at this residence for 3 nights. I had trouble with the check-in procedure. The owner emailed me the night before with the process but I didn't get a chance to read it prior to checking in. Make sure you get details prior to your arrival. Otherwise, the process would be lengthy and confusing. The apartment was very large overlooking the mountain plantations. Rooms have just a bed and not much else. It's a minimum 20 mins drive to Brinchang without traffic. Double or more during peak hours. There's plenty to do in the surrounding areas.
