A wonderful hotel with consistent high standards ”
11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel is a hidden gem amongst an abundance of hotels in London, The prividledged guests who navigate their way to this beautifully historic building are in for a surprise. Rooms are wonderfully decorated and British authenticity adorns every crevice of the carefully restored grade 1 listed buildings, wonderful staff and professional and helpful in every way. I have returned several times and look forward to our next visit. Thank you 11 Cardogan Gardens for a wonderful Home from home stay
My favorite Hotel in london”
An exceptional experience every time. The staff are super welcoming and helpful, they really make you feel at home. The rooms are beautiful & spacious, its the ultimate Victorian House experience with a lot of history. This is my 4th stay at 11 Cadogan Gardens and would definitely book this property again & again.
A perfect place to stay in London!”
The rooms are adorable and comfortable at 11 Cadogan. Richie and staff were great and always there ready to help and made our trip to London easy and enjoyable. The restaurant was a bit pricey, but food was delicious. We definitely recommend this place!
After a change of ownership # 11 again resembles the great hotel I considered the best in London”
I stared staying at #11 in the mid 80's and used it 6-10 x a year on visits from the US as a business traveler and with family. The calm tastefulness of the public and private rooms, the quiet efficiency of the staff made it the only place I was happy to stay. It was then acquired by someone who basically wrecked it: black paint, pictures of movie stars, a flash bar. I stayed once and never returned until just now when my assistant booked me in without my knowing in advance. I arrived expecting to see this "new" #11.and instead found that it had been acquired by people who have restored much of what I loved about the place and added some very acceptable and probably needed modernity. The tasteful environment, excellent service and calm ambience is back or mostly back, and so am I. This is agaIn, I'm delighted to say, "my" London Hotel ...
Couldn't have chosen a better location for our trip to London. The hotel is in a quiet side street just off Sloane Square and very close to Peter Jones dept store. The hotel was very clean, quintessential British with great staff and a cozy very clean and quiet room. We will definitely come back next time when we are in London
This is a great hotel. We arrived and they offered us water and checked us in. They upgraded our room at no charge. They were willing to help us at every turn and gave us good recommendations for our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for others looking to travel to London City.
Does not disappoint. A brilliant location that makes you feel like a local. Tucked away to provide escape and a very tasteful respite from the buzz of chelsea and knightsbridge. Great staff to boot.
CLEAN, COSY BOUTIQUE HOTEL”
Staff are very helpful and room is clean. Bed is comfortable and keeps you warm in winter. Unexpect snow in London! Hotel is in a refurbished building thus it gives an antique feel (but renovations are new). Lift is not working thus if you have heavy luggage the concierge will assist. Location is close to Harrods (About 15 mins walk) but eateries are limited.
Beautiful boutique hotel with warm service and beautiful atmosphere, Will definitely stay again when in London
Our stay was very nice. We will absolutly stay at this hotel our next stay in London!
A fantastic experience, strongly recommend!! :)”
The staff was polite efficient & everything is very fantastic! Got up graded for Room, it's cozy & beautiful! the breakfast & afternoon tea are sweet & lovely! I would comeback & stay here again! Really love the hotel'
beautiful hotel, some of the most beautiful beddings I have ever slept on, the staff are very friendly and helpful, location is great and breakfast is amazing
beautiful re-fitted old hotel”
Didnt look like much when arrived outside hotel. But upon entering you could see much attention has been paid to the lay out and design of the hotel. certainly one of the well decorated boutique hotels in the area. and the very old school lift is one of its unique features!
5 star in every way”
Extremely efficient, professional staff. Available for every need, quick efficient service. Room ready upon arrival Clean, quiet very comfortable bed
The staff were stunning. We found the decor a bit too gloomy--dark walls and ceilings and low wattage lighting and the room and bathroom were small, the wardrobe too big for the space. Still, we were there only to sleep and every encounter with staff was superlative.
Excellent stay in Knightsbridge”
Room was a little small but the location, staff excellence and ambience made up for it. Would definitely stay here again!
Great stay with friends, friendly staff and fantastic hotel. Great location. Would highly recommend.
Great place to stay in Kensington”
We stayed in the Cadogan Gardens for 3 nights. Upon arrival the outside of the hotel was hidden behind scaffolding so our expectations were tempered a bit. That quickly improved when we entered the hotel and stepped into one of the most authentic and friendly places we have been to over the years. If you're into contemporary design this is probably not the place to be, but if you appreciate an authentic and relaxed atmosphere this place definitely meets your demands. The restaurant serves impressive food and the bar is a great place to enjoy a cocktail or two. The best of all however is the the hotel staff who make you feel welcome and appreciated as a guest during your stay. Definitely a place to return to (when the scaffolding is gone :-). PS - Thanks Richie for showing us the right way to the Grenadier - you're the best!
Pricey alternative to sleeping in the park”
the staff was extraordinary, remarkable. the hotel decor is dark with dim lighting. room is small, too much large furniture crowded into small space, bathroom too tiny, too dark.
charming hotel in great location”
Third time here. Very happy with the hotel. The downstairs restaurant is stunning.
