Not satisfy with the condition of the room, only advantage is the location of the hotel
Not enough power socket outlet, no hair dryer, lack of tv channel, low flow rate for WC flushing, water draining rate at the floor outlet is low at the shower partition (Ponding while showering). The main advantage is the location of the hotel near to the mall and many stalls around.

From good to bad, and now to worse
I have stayed at his hotel for so many times (once every two months) in the past three years and am fed up staying at this hotel now. It used to be good and now it is getting worse every time I come here. Very old, poorly maintained and smelly rooms. Food used to be good and now is just as bad as its room. Internet is slow as hell. This time I am particularly frustrated by its car park staff. I don't know if it is under the hotel or what (coz the parking fee can be reimbursed from the hotel) but the staffs there were so frustrating and kept asking me if I paid my parking fee. Even though I just walked out from hotel and put my shirt into my car and they asked me again! The night before, I just showed my parking receipt to tyke staff when I got through the gate and they asked me again when I got off my car and walked to the hotel! It's like either they have goldfish memory or they were not even looking or paying attention to their customers at all nor bringing their brains. Angry.

good location but disappointed with room allocation
I frequently stayed this hotel whenever i go jb. The staffs are generally polite and nice. A nice location with decent room rate. Since all u need is a clean bed to slp and wash up, rest of the time busy shopping, eating or watching movie. But im kinda disappointed that whenever i requested for queen bed, its always unavailable when i check-in late. This time round, the room had a few mini roaches too. Other than tat, its good though. At least this time round, i had hot water to bath.. =p I will definitely go back for a night stay. But advice to check-in early if u want double room instead of twin room.

Disappointed , unprofessional se4vice
We booked 1 room that has 1 queen & 1 single bed but they gave us a twin room as no available queen bed. As the wifi was not working, the front desk lady claim ours is just a twin bed & told us to pay extra to upgrade. She was not willing to listen.. As we checked in at night after a long day, we just paid just to get some rest. To top it off, she gave us a key of an occupied room. Lucky the guest did not make a fuss. We went down fuming & spoke to the manager. She just stand there & didn't even apologise. The mgr chg room for us but looks old, algae on the walls n ceiling in the bathroom. We went to stulang laut where we can get Sg line. Called Agoda n they called back to say they will refund the charge. I asked the hotel to refund as will be faster but the mgr said agoda dId not agree to pay them so cannot refund. I wonder why? Worst service ever n unprofessional attitude. Think twice before booking this hotel as there are better hotels nearby.
