Our stay could have been a lot better if only they have a stable internet. For us whose work relies heavily on a stable internet, it was a major downside that they don’t have stable internet. Connection is very slow to nonexistent during daytime until early nighttime.

Not ideal for short/long stay!”
There's no window sliding screen from the toilet so expect cockroaches & mosquito, lavatory has never been cleaned, and when you tried to reach them it took 3-4 hrs to get replies by email the emergency mobile they posted is nowhere to reach😡Not ideal for short nor even for long stay. Take note the pool is not oerationl during Monday due to maintenance😛. Location wise but watch out your head on the ongoing construction..

Our personal experience when we got there, the sink has a fishy smell, there's some cobwebs at the corners, I complained to the lessor's rep about the seemingly used coversheet, linen and pillow cases but he claimed those were clean. I don't want to hassle myself so I just bought new pillow cases and a thin blanket to cover the bed. Though will still recommend a stay due to good location.

Perfect location. Just the right price. Unit is new and complete with equipments including a washing machine. Staff are very friendly. A few steps from abreeza mall. I have no complaints. Very satisfied client here.
