Actually, I was impressed with this place, but I want to mention the downsides first because it's something that really needs improvement. The children's swimming pool is not clean at all; there are bird droppings, and they don't keep the filter running for customers. I went to use the pool after 4 PM and it was still closed without being cleaned. There are a lot of birds here, which is not suitable for an open pool. The sun is very strong at the pool, and with so many birds on the roof, it causes droppings to fall into the pool. The bathrooms are clean, the rooms are clean, the floor is very slippery, and the rooms are spacious and worth the price, but the breakfast is a bit limited. The staff are attentive, but I was very worried when booking through Agoda about whether I would have a room because it seemed like my booking wasn't secured. Luckily, they still had availability. The food ordered from the in-house restaurant was very delicious, everything was great and worth the price, although the fish and chicken might not be cooked thoroughly. The accommodation has a very nice atmosphere in the middle of the rice fields, with nearby parking, a large TV, and very cold air conditioning. I'm not sure if there aren't enough housekeepers, as I only saw one person. The shower creams in the bathroom were all out and not replenished. There are also many bird droppings right outside the room because birds have made their home there. I understand that nature and animals go hand in hand, but I really want them to take better care of the swimming pool because it’s such a waste. Floating breakfast definitely wouldn't be appetizing if it’s like this. The kids came back sick because the sun at the pool is really strong. They should have some shade there since the pool faces the direction of the intense sunlight from noon until evening. Guests who come to stay can only swim in the morning, which isn’t really ideal. I hope you take this into consideration. I saw that there are more rooms being added, and if given the chance, I would like to come back as well. I hope improvements can be made!
