We chose this hotel for a one-night stay due to its proximity to DMK. It’s a shame that it is not located in a spot like Khao San Road because we absolutely loved it and could stay there for days. It is brand new and quite frankly Instagrammable; the lobby feels more like a coffee shop than a hotel lobby. It is very well-staffed with helpful doormen and front desk people. The facilities are great. It has an on-site Japanese restaurant (did not eat there). It has large coin-operated washers and dryers which were lifesavers. The room was clean, quiet, and new. The best part, however, was the gym, as it’s the best hotel gym I’ve seen outside of those found in 5-star hotels. It has sets of dumbbells going all the way up to 25 kg, a Smith machine with 150 kg of free weights, 2 flat benches, 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, and the usual array of machines (lat pulldown, machine bench press, etc.). The hotel is close to the airport. They have a shuttle that runs hourly to the nearby rail link (maybe the Air Link?) and from there it’s a stop or two to DMK. You could conceivably walk to the airport in about 30 minutes and that’s just what we saw a number of backpackers doing - but sorry, it was 5 am and there was no way we were doing that! The nearby street has many cheap, good, and local Thai restaurants. It is also apparently a great place to get a haircut, as I counted a mind-boggling eleven salons on a 200-meter stretch leading to the main road. In short, if you need to stay near DMK, stay here.

“In the hospitality industry, no matter how great your room quality is, if your customer service falls short, it undermines the entire experience.” I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with this hotel. A day before my departure, they canceled my booking for two twin rooms, citing a system error and informing me they could no longer honor my reservation. I reached out immediately, explaining that my guests specifically needed separate beds. I asked if they could accommodate us in any way—be it through providing extra beds or even a sofa to sleep separately. Unfortunately, they refused to engage in any meaningful discussion or offer a solution, despite the error being entirely on their part. Determined to try this hotel, I reluctantly made a new booking with a mix of room types—opting for a king bed the first night, a twin room the second night, and a suite for the third. This complicated arrangement was the only option available across multiple booking sites, and it ended up costing me significantly more. When I arrived to check in, the issues continued. The front desk struggled to locate my booking, even though all three reservations were under the same name. I had to repeatedly show my booking confirmations, which was incredibly frustrating. I also requested to stay in the same room throughout our stay to avoid the hassle of switching rooms daily, but this too was met with indifference. My friend, uncomfortable with the king bed arrangement, prompted us to upgrade to a suite, which required an additional payment of 800 baht. The next morning, we checked out of the king room but kept the suite, hoping they could let us remain in that room for the remainder of our stay to make things easier for everyone. I even made it clear that if this wasn’t possible, we were open to switching rooms later. However, when we returned to the hotel around 8 PM to check in again, I was told we needed to check out of the suite room. When I asked if the room was available, they said yes—but only if I paid an extra 600 baht. At this point, I was understandably upset. I proposed a compromise: we would stay in the twin room we were scheduled to move into later and avoid further room changes, which would benefit both sides by reducing the need for additional housekeeping. But the receptionist refused, insisting on the extra charge despite the availability of the suite. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told the manager had gone home, leaving me with no option but to accept their unreasonable demands. The receptionist even threatened to deduct my deposit if I didn’t comply, further aggravating the situation. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Never in my life have I encountered such poor customer service, where a hotel fails to take responsibility for their mistake, shows no regard for the customer’s situation, and instead seems intent on causing more hassle. It’s a shame that such a lack of care can overshadow what could have been a pleasant stay. I hope this review serves as a caution to others considering this hotel.

We amazed how beautiful and clean our room and very friendly staff despite tye language bariier but still we feel their welcome atmosphere.Thank you
The location is great. We could walk to Don Moung Airport in about 20 minutes. Breakfast has variety of foods. They offer welcome drink or vouchers to buy snacks or drinks there which is very nice. Room is clean and meet our needs. Staffs are nice and welcome. One thing is running system is kinda slow. When we got there, we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in and 10 minutes to check out.

“Excellent Classy HOTEL! ”
Fantastic hotel and very close to Bangkok DMK airport. Everything was exceptional, and clearly reflects the ambition of the ownership, management, and clearly well trained staff. Super comfortable bed, everything inside was first class, worked well and was sparkling clean. Not an extraordinary view out the window, but I didn't expect that. The staff was amazing; super professional and helpful. Because I had a very early flight, the included breakfast option allowed me to order food from a list of options the night before. It was ready at 3:00 am as promised. In fact I wish I could have been there at the "real breakfast" time. And only a 10 minute traffic-free Grab ride to DMK at 4:00 a.m. in the morning! I can't say enough good things about this hotel as it far exceeded my expectations, which were already quite high given the mostly all favorable comments from others before my stay. Definitely recommend!
