Everything was great, just the breakfast offer is a null and void and may be removed from the website. Contact numbers as well on the app they are not active, I had to get the correct number at the gate upon my arrival which is this one: 0833699661

The address on Agado is wrong. We drove all the way from Randburg to Fourways after being informed by Neighbourhood watch. Got to Fourways, and disn't have the unit nr to enter the complex. Ended up calling Agado to get the correct contact nr of the owner. Was provided a new address from the owner, and had to drive all the way back to Randburg. We finally managed to enter the new premises at 21:45. There was a function of around 30 Nigerians that the receptionist had to ask for vehicles to be moved. She was wonderful by the way. We then learned that the host moved us to this address, because he wasn't at Market to accomodate is. We had no choice at 22:00, but to sleep in a converted wendy house in the back of the yard. It was clean with hot water, but with no added luxuries like a working tv or kettle, etc. This was not a great experience. If we weren't as tired as we were, we would've never even bothered. Agado doesn't refund. You are required to park somewhere for 30 minutes to allow the owner to answer an e-mail. You made us feel abandonded and unsafe

IT’s A BIG NO”
The numbers and address on the internet are wrong. Somehow managed to get to the place and had to wait outside for more than 10 minutes cos there is no intercom nor numbers. I had to hoot few times and the the person came he referred me to another guesthouse. Breakfast is not offered and they lied about it on internet. The pillows were too hard and the sheets were no longer white and were torn

DEPLORABLE ”
This place is BY FAR the worst place I have stayed in. Bruno (the owner) led us to a different location than listed. *The remote gate was broken. *No proper parking *Pool was green (not that we wanted to swim). *The shower drain was blocked and flooded as result *out of the 5 light bulbs, only 1 worked. Bathroom light broken. *Towels fraid with rust mark all over. *The bedding was DISGUSTING (we slept in out outdoor clothes) *NO BREAKFAST...When I asked Bruno about it, he replied that Agoda was MISREPRESENTING him. *Wifi was disconnected *One window had no handle and was open all night. *Shower door missing, replaced with a broken shower curtain. *The establishment have no working microwave.

The worst place to stay ever. Breakfast was advertised as included, all lies., I had to buy food from nearby Spar Not even a soap in bathroom , let a lone a sanitiser. Too much noise at night, I had wake up to beg for quietness. Don't waste your money guys; you will regret it.

They tell lies, there is no WiFi and there is absolutely no breakfast. There is no iron, if you want to iron your clothes, you are forced to give them to the staff and they charge R10 per item. There is no cutlery in the rooms and no Microwave. The owners of the place are rude and they were never around, only 2 ladies that were working around the clock in that mess. Oh do not let me start on the bedding, pillows, and towels, DISGUSTING with all kinds of stains. It was just HORRIBLE 5 days of my life.

This place is a scam. Don't even try to book here. I booked and paid via this website but when I got there to check in. There was no one. No one was answering their phones and the gate was locked. He screamed and hooted till our lungs collapsed. There is no such . We litterally lost our money. We ddnt have a choice but to go look for a hotel with money that we ddnt have already coz we had no place to sleep. Total scammers.

I was scammed by this guest house.I booked and payed online during my check-.in time they couldn’t open for me and my booking was for 02:30 in the morning .i waited at the gate and trying to call and no one ever responded to me until I went to the nearest garage and sleep in the car for safety.they never even refunded my money . To me this is not a place to recommend
