we love this hotel!”
We choose 137 pillars residence for our last night stay in Bangkok before flying back home and we were so happy with our choice. We stayed in a one bedroom residence, first we wanted to book a suite but the residence was totally fine, much better than we expected, we were on 22th floor and there was a small balcony with stunning view over Bangkok. It was very beautiful decorated, the size of residence is bigger than many other hotel rooms we had been with the same price (or higher) and what we really love are their bathroom amenities from panpuri and harnn!! The hotel itself is a luxury boutique hotel, the moment we entered the entrance we already felt relaxed. Staff are all very friendly, especially concierge I rate them with 6 stars, they are very helpful and I can tell that not every 5 stars hotel in Bangkok are like this. A big plus is that the hotel has a room on 27th fl. for after check-out you still can use the room to rest, taking shower etc. We will definitely come back again!
Fantastic boutique hotel for business & leisure”
I had stopovers in Bangkok for two consecutive weekends and decided to try out 137 Pillars Residences on the first weekend, based on a local friend's recommendation. I loved my first stay so much that I canceled my reservation with another hotel for the second weekend and rebooked with 137 Pillars. The one-room suite is a gorgeously appointed, airy space which is perfect if you're working remotely or doing a staycation. The whole property is extremely well-done and stylish. The pool area has a great view of the Bangkok area and very good for lounging and relaxing, while Bangkok Trading Post on the ground floor had great coffee and brunch food, as well as being a good place to work out of. The only issue during my two stays was the location - was difficult for Uber/Grab drivers to get there due to the one-way street to access the property. I'd budget at least 20 minutes to book a driver and wait for him/her to get there, more if it's during rush hour or if it's raining.
The best hotel i stayed in Bangkok ever ”
137 Pillars Residences Bangkok is the best hotel i stayed in Bangkok ever and the facility was so nice, especially the infinity pool at 26 Floor. The breakfast was surprising me as there was a lots food options, included Asia food and Western Food etc. The staff was very nice and helpful, and they offered a big hand as always when we went out or went to airport. The hotel prepared the birthday card and also birthday cake on my birthday unexpectedly and that was amazing experience for me and my family. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone would like to go bangkok. Thanks so much for everything.
Amazing new boutique hotel. ”
Had stayed at 137 Pollars - Chiang Mai a few years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience so was looking forward to the new 137 Pillars in Bangkok. Well this brand spanking new hotel is doing just fine, well thought out and designed suites and residences. The measure of a great hotel is not only how things go when you are enjoying yourself but also how things go when something goes awry. The 137 gets it, clearly indicating it understands this and that customer service and comfort is the priority.
5* accommodation 5* service”
We were only in Bangkok for one night before flying home to London. We only booked the morning we left the Phi Phi Islands and with so many ‘big name’ hotel chains available we wanted to try something different. 137 Pillars was the best decision we made. From arriving and being taken to our room, to the breakfast the next morning and checking out it was a great 5* experience. The only negative was that we didn’t have enough time to explore fully or use the incredible pool on the 27th floor. We ate the Marble Bar and the views were beautiful at night. Also a huge thank you to Nicole the sweet girl from front desk who brought the entire first aid kit to the room after I called down to ask where I could buy antiseptic wipes for my foot (cut it up snorkelling around Phi Phi Don and it had swollen bad after the flight to Bangkok!) - above and beyond service. Look forward to staying here again when we’re back, and definitely for longer!
Quaint charm, idyllic location”
I came back again to 137 Pillars Residences to stay after a year. Just love its vibes. Intimate, cosy and beautiful. It now has a bigger shuttle van , apart from the London cab. Its restaurant, Bangkok Post has a nice variety of western and asian flavours. Staff are helpful and friendly. I like best my one bedroom deluxe which is adjoining to a living room, and has a kitchen with cooking facilities.
Best stay ever in Bangkok”
My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at 137 Pillars Suites Bangkok. Staffs are friendly and helpful; The suite is amazing, clean and wonderfully furnished. The location of the hotel is also perfect, with shuttle to the Emporium shopping mall. Thanks to the arrangement of the staffs and hotel teams, they have also helped to prepare all the birthday arrangement with lovely balloons and cake in the suite for my boyfriend's birthday. We are definitely coming back again and highly recommend to all who are going to Bangkok.
Fabulous”
We were in Bangkok for a birthday celebration. 137 Pillars is fantastic. Highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Bangkok. Staff are amazing, especially Mind and Kent. They went out of their way to help and provide us with great information and organise our activities. Mind and Kent even apologised (on behalf of Thais) when we told them about our frustrations with taxi drivers and gave us their personal phone numbers to contact them if we had any issues and the next day, they would do follow ups. Amazing! Thank you.
trip to celebrate my fiancé birthday”
They prepared a birthday card on the table and slice of cake with candle in the fridge. It was so heart warming. Also the environment and facilities are superb, especially the infinite pool. Compare with other hotel with infinite pool, 137 pillars is more reasonable and affordable budget for me and with quality service as others. Last, all staff are nice and helpful, we lost something during the trip and they are willing to assist us to check with different parties, such as airport, airline, taxi driver etc. It's a nice place to stay in, good location with many nice restaurant, bar and massage surrounded. Also shuttle cab to BTS station hourly.
Oasis in Bangkok”
It was the perfect end to a 3 week long honeymoon around Thailand. We were treated like royalty here. The rooms are gorgeous. Super quiet and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The pool on the 27th floor is so cool! THANK YOU 137 Pillars- we’ll be back!
Great hotel”

Awesome! ”
During my stay in 137, they got me touched everyday. Alll the staff is very nice and kind, helping guests with great hospitality. Also it's located in a nice neighborhood . Can't think of any cons to stay here. I will definitely come back when in Bangkok.
Traveler from Taiwan and HongKong”
This is a great time to stay in 137. We took a lot of nice photos and slept very well! The location is good and the price is very nice!
Nice place, but a bit overpriced compare with other similar properties. Breakfast is a bit disappoin”
Nice place, but a bit overpriced compare with other similar properties. Breakfast is a bit disappointing. Rooms are nice and generally comfortable. New property, but water is leaking non-stop on the floor when you take a shower in the bath. You can take a shower only in the bath, since there was no shower-room apart of the bath place, like most hotels have now-days in Bangkok. Most disappointing was the breakfast. Beautiful presentation, but considering the price of the hotel, breakfast should be much higher quality... Ordered a fried-egg once and what I have got was an oil dripping not very nice looking egg. Even in a 2 star hotel I would be ashamed to serve such an egg. Staff need training making eggs ! Lots of things to eat, but mostly cheap ingredients, no high quality food. Even the juice, almost no one touch it after the first cup, since it is not fresh ! Orange juice is mixed fresh and a ton of sugar ! You want to see a nice breakfast (this is for the management), go to try
Nice location & nice service!”
Location and the facility are both great, but just knew that the photos of pools and rooms we saw on the internet, is only for Suites customers, so there is no entry to see the views what we imagined when we checked in. The residences' rooms is more normal, but very clean and cozy.
Simply Put - STAY HERE!”
This boutique hotel was absolutely amazing! (I rarely leave reviews but feel the need to let everyone know). The decor of this place is beautiful. It feels warm and welcoming - not cold like a big name hotels. The staff is super friendly and very helpful (almost too helpful!) The rooms are stylish, clean and quite. The breakfast included is quite nice. The bread and baking are insane (A few of the dishes are a bit Japanese focused - but you are in the Japanese district) We had read some reviews that the hotel is a bit hard to get too. While the road is a bit busy and a one way so you have to loop around, we learned a trick to get off right as Soi 39 turns left (to loop around). You get off there and cross the street and you are home). For couples on a get away, or family's this place is great. 5* We will be back!
A relax place to stay”
I live in one room residence for 3 nights and feel that the environment is great. The staffs are nice and helpful. The infinity pool on 27/F is definitely a great view to take photos. There is 24-hour gym room on 6/F. I have my breakfast in a very nice restaurant although there are not many selections to choose. All in all, this is a really good experience to live in such apartment. I would recommend all of you to choose.
최고의 호텔 the greatest hotel”
It was really really wonderful room condition..!!! And also kindly staffs in here,, But traffic is very bad,, Thanks to the hotel, I was able to keep a good image of Bangkok.
Small but luxury! Nice staffs!!”
It was last December! But I can still remember that was a nice journey to us. The hotel was like 10mins walk from BTS phrom phong station, but they have a cutie luxury England style shuttle taxi to take u home. Rooms were clean and decent decoration, with balcony, we especially enjoy the room with balcony, it just felt more relax to have a tea at the balcony before the sunset. Staffs always wear with smiles on face, our welcoming staff Named Jazzy, she’s polite, speak English well, and explained the facilities clearly, and I can still remember her shy smile, looks friendly. Generally this hotel is with high standard of service and room standard. Totally would recommend Frds to try. And there’s some nice Japanese restaurants opened until late night! Good for the people who like to eat before sleep~ :) Thank you Jazzy!
The infinity pool is amazing ”
The best infinity pool I’ve ever experienced in Bangkok, the room is clear and comfortable, there is only one thing that I can’t accept, we checked in at 16:00, and got into the room but the luggage arrived our room around 18:30, this really confused me .
