stayed for 4nights. upon our arrival, staff at the front desk were very polite and accommodating, including the guard. they were very highly trained and organized even upon giving info or details regarding our stay. the room was clean, spacious, well lit. bathroom was also sparkling clean without unwanted odors. there were free toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner and liquid soap, disposable slippers for two, mugs and a hair dryer, towels. the hot and cold shower functioned as well. the toilets had bidets. there room leaning services w/c you can opt to avail daily. available hot and cold water dispensers every floor. Impressive hospitality in such a price ”
Location of hotel was suitable for us as it is in very peaceful place. Hotel staffs from front desk were very helpful during our stay we had smooth check in and check out. We did not have any problem during our stay. Room was very nice and cleaned everyday by housekeeping and room was well tidy up. Me and my friend we both were very thankful to 18 suites. Choosing it was one of factor that made our vacation awesome. Reasonable price, great location. I hope when we visit next time we can have fnb services in hotel itself as it was still under construction. 👍👍👍👍

Very Satisfied”
This is a fairly new hotel but the service is excellent. With the relative low Agoda price, I couldn't be happier. The room (deluxe twin) was large with the ref, clean beddings, towels, toiletries, slippers, hair dryer, cable TV and fast wifi. There is also water dispenser outside the rooms for cold & hot water. The staff were also courteous and easy to deal with. I wasn't impressed though with the window curtains (prefer that it were dark curtains), the aircon is a bit noisy, and the plastic table do not seem to belong. Suggest also to spice up the room with some wall decorations (1 or two would suffice). Overall, I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

The room was great, the floor area was big, and we like that they have a mini fridge , a blower and a safety box. The Hotel's location is near food chains, pharmacies and malls, and for me that's very convenient, a plus points. The staff were friendly and approachable. They kept the place tidly and clean, cleaned our room, gave new towels and tissue but was not able to replce the bar soap (unless it was not included); nonetheless, we really love the place, its cozy and would definitely book again if we ever come back to Cebu. I highly recommend this Hotel. Thank you for the great experience.

This place is absolutely great! Everything is so clean. You can even get water on their water dispenser, free of charge! Staff were very helpful with all our needs. They were very accommodating, polite and cheerful. I wish they can manage to maintain this place and the attitude of the people. The room is big, wifi is fast, tv has cable and there is even a hair blower in the bathroom! You really get more than what you pay for. If I could give more than 5 stars, I will surely do!

We had a great stay at 18 Suites, spacious room, comfortable bed.”
Pros- near to stores, eatery, supermarket and some fast food chains (Mcdo & KFC), new rooms, smells good, nice staff, flexible on the early check in and check out wihtout addtl charge, city view, great lock system has water dispenser with hot and cold water, bidet and mugs. Cons- has minimal issue with regards to shower heater. We had a great stay will definitely book again here and reccomend to my family and friends. :)

Pros all the way. Excellent location. New hotel with super clean rooms. Staff are so lovely and accomodating. Close by walking distance to Taoist temple and restaurants. Ayala mall within 1.5 kilometres.transport to tops viewing station and oriental gardens. My mall within 200 metres. Shops for essentials and pharmacy's and fruit stalls. Highly recommend for short or long stay. Definitely one of the best I've stayed.

Simple yet memorable”
We stayed May 11 then it was Mother's Day next day. My wife and mother in law were given chocolates. The staff were really corteous all of them. They were always smiling. They provided free drinking water in all floors. It was very clean. We had free parking. Just be careful with taking a shower the floor is a bit slippery but they have placed a floor mat as well. There is no restaurant yet but a lot of choices nearby.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is still new and still properly maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The area is conveniently near a mall. The surrounding area could be too crowded for some people, but where the hotel actually is is quiet. We would definitely book here again when we are back in Cebu.

Although they don't serve meals in the hotel, the place is cozy and accessible to ayala, i.t. park and busay area. The hotel is still new but it provides us a comfortable place to stay for two nights. I would surely recommend this hotel and I'm planning to be back soon. 😂

New hotel near jy mall ”
I stayed here for a week I enjoyed it a friendly staff, super clean room , a comfy bed and nice warm shower, actually this hotel is not fully finish yet, still construction on progress. I have one issue only in my room the internet very weak (unstable) But overall it was fine. Recommended!

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are so big and comes with a refrigerator which was very convenient. Bed was so comfy you wouldn’t want to get up. Haha and the place accessible to banks, grocery, and transportation. Will definitely stay here again.😊
