Friendly hosts and a beautiful setting. ”
The cottage has everything you might need, including good coffee and a complimentary homemade loaf. Thank you Renate & John for your hospitality. We’ll happily return on our next visit.
To Good To Miss!”
Absolutely fabulous. This is a great location to unwind and enjoy The Barossa. at its best. Wonderful.
The Dawn Cottage was adorable but stylish and very comfortable. Renate and John have thought of everything and equip the cottages superbly.
Thank you Leonnie for your lovely comments, we are really pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us.
Beautiful location perfect getaway
We are really pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us Belinda.
The accommodation is spacious and authentic. We enjoyed the serenity of the location although it is quite a drive from dining options, so you definitely need your own transport. Disappointed that a dispute with the nearby Seppelt Winery prevented that being a dining option. ( we were looking forward to the wood fired pizzas!) We would stay here again but make sure we had grocery supplies first.
Peaceful area. A place to relax. Stayed at The Stables. Beautifully converted. 20-30mins from the main Barossa Valley area. Would've liked to stay longer to make use of the place and appreciate the location.
Nature at it's best”
Our room (The Stables) was wonderful. Large and spacious with all the mod cons that you could ask for. Beautiful location from a nature viewpoint, and it is nicely set in between the Adelaide Hills and the Barossa. The 2 towns on either side provide the basics that you may need.
It was great accommodation for a couple (Dawn Cottage) we really enjoy the location especially near Peter Seppelts Winery (Grand Cru). We loved being so close and able to attend any winery function, with ease. It was reasonably priced as we got a great rate with Agoda Cheers Maria Spencer
We absolutely loved our stay at the Dawn Cottage. Very quaint amd just what we were after.”
The Peter Seppelt Winery and Wood Oven Restaurant was beautiful and so convenient. We dined their every night and Peter and Roz were the best hosts. This made our stay.
Smooth the nerves and delight the soul!”
My stay was most enjoyable. I really appreciated the privacy the Dawn Cottage afforded, even though Sunset Cottage was right next door. The Deck overlooking the field was the best!
Perfect Country Stay”
It was perfect - it exceeded what I thought it would - country life surrounds you everywhere. It was a great base to explore the Barossa Valley.
Great location in Eden Valley”
We had a wonderful time. So close to the Barossa, but all the quiet and privacy that is part of Eden Valley. Great value for money when compared to accommodation in the Barossa. And the wood oven pizza across the road at Peter Seppelt's is great!
Beautiful Setting, Quaint but well appointed. ”
Beautiful! Lovely old stone barn converted into a well appointed self contained holiday cottage. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery, local produce and wine in front of the fireplace.
