Great for Large Group/Family
We travelled as a whole family to Baguio for thw first time. I was with my husband, 6 yrs old son and 1 month old daughter. There were 1 Double Bed, 1 Single Bed and 1 Bunk Bed at our room and we got it for 3k for 3 days and 2 nights. We had a great time cause the staffs were accomodating. But it would be better if they improve the facilities escpecially the restroom, the heaters are already old and I think dirts are stuck at the shower reason why water coming out was not enough. It would also be better if they decorate the rooms more, probably add a ref and small bar (which will be charged) Aside from that the parking area was okay but smelly due to the dog poop and urine which was evident when we arrived. There is a bar downstairs and its smells bad due to the beer cases near the reception. The food was good and would keep you going until lunch time. Overall with the price I paid it was worth it.

Acceptable
Staff very nice and welcome. But no hot water. If you book room with balcony, you can access it only outside by a corridor ( so no need to pay more for that) A little noisy at evening ( karaoke) but it finish at midnight

Good enough.
No shower at 6AM. They turn it off at night and will not turn it on again until 8AM in the morning. I had an appointment at 7am so I had to prepare as early as 6am and had to take a very very cold shower that early.

Good value, friendly - not for everyone though!
Location is tucked away behind the Crown Legacy Hotel. There is a short steep hill, if you're walking, to access the property. The room I stayed in, Mabini, was large with a double bed andva bunkbed. Seperate bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Equipped with a fan and had a bedside lamp. The included breakfast was Filipino. In the evenings the menu is fairly typical. The place is lively! Karaoke, pool etc, and the noise can go on till 11.30ish! Personally, I like the place, but it might not suite everyone.

A great old house and pleasant staff
Quaint old wooden house right by Burnham Park with huge rooms (get the Rizal room for the fireplace), affordable prices, good food, and great staff. Definitely coming back here!

Above average
Location is a bit away from the town center but not difficult to find. Quite steep hill to walk up. Toilet has a lot a lot of cockroaches. We went out and once we were back and turned on light, there were about more than 50 cockroaches (big and small) running around the sink, wall and bath tub. Informed the staff and she said she will spray when we go out but when we came back its still the same.

Nice place
I spent a night with my brother in this room without any hassle despite I booked it 3 hours prior my arrival. the staffs (kuyaş) were really nice, I had to get to my genesis bus by 1:30am...and they were accommodating..their gate closes at 12mn but they were readily available when I had to leave..Our room is soooo spacious with clean private bathroom.they provided towels as well. the only thing that was a bit not nice was the music that you could hear from your room until 12mn because it's a resto/ karaoke area below the rooms but I would still recommend this place.

Reviews about this place seem split, and its understandable.
Large rooms, good wifi, pretty good location. Cockroaches, poor lighting, no mirror in the bathroom. Price compared to other areas of the philippines it would be a bad deal. But compared to prices around baguio it was one of the cheaper ones. All in all it was everything I needed and fairly comfortable. Staff cleared up a confusion on day one, and breakfast was basic but good (Hotdog, rice, egg coffee). I would stay there again, but not at peak season rates.
