Location: The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Taoyuan Station and bus to airport. However, the route to the hotel is full of steps, which is nightmare to luggage-carrying tourists like us. (Not hotel’s fault). There’s KTV nearby, with air filled with excitements even at midnight. But I don’t like the smell of smoke. There are several shopping malls, convenient stores and many restaurants nearby. Room: Room is beautiful, tidy, clean and colourful. Taking shower is very comfortable. Many movie channel for TV. One thing to improve is the hair dryer which is wall-mounted inside the toilet and one need to stand throughout the process. The wire may tangle down to the sink. The dryer is too hot to remove the cap after use. Staff: Nice to teach us how to take the bus. But they do not explain clearly the general information like breakfast time. Facility: Good to have washing machine and drying machine (not free). Breakfast is ok. There are PC to use though I didn’t try.

Insulation is not good, you can hear the noise from the street and next door Short of staff, nobody or most of the time only one person at the check-in desk Small and clean room, You can find several better deals nearby Security is not adequate, most of the time no security,. Check-in is on the 5th floor, and rooms are on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors, and anybody from the street can go up to your floor.

I book online last june 14...but sad to say my boyfriend is suffering covid 19 in their dorm... But he in not positive... So i o Informed the hotel... And they said they will help me cancel my reservation and refund my money... Because of that situation im very disapointed with thar hotel... I didnt check in but still debit my money... This in not Good hotel... Next time i will not book with this hotel👎

Clean, friendly staff, nice to stay”
We arrived hotel quite late 10pm due to train delayed. We called to hotel and they waitd for us for check-in. We are last group of the day. Hotel also have taxi call service to airport. For group travelling, price per person is similar to bus. Location is near to mall and 7-eleven. Nice hotel, friendly staff and clean room.

Quadruple Room”
Staff are very nice (we have met several staff, all are nice...since we asked about wifi issue for two nights, they explained to us nicely and patiently). We are staying at a quadruple room, room is big and bright, space is useful. It stated on the corridor that the hotel is built with anti-earthquake material so the wall is thin, sound proof is not very good and requested customers to keep silent, lucky we have no noisy neighbour (so do i!) Breakfast has quite a variety though not fit me much. Many shops to walk around and with convenient store. I recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful in directing us to get our transport to Kaohsiung on the second day after we check out. Room a little bit small, others ok. Suitable for 1 night stay upon late arrival or early departure from Taoyuan Airport.

the hotel is located in nearby 桃园客运站 and just 5 mins walking distance. You can take bus to taizhung from here. Room is nice. I booked quad room with bathroom.You may consider it and the price is reasonable.

was a couple trip, we were there just for a night transit but it did impressed us a lot. First, hotel room was clean and a lot of nice local foods around. Then reception know our flight was 9:25am in the second day, they prepared their breakfast earlier instead of 7am as per schedule for us to enjoy before we departed to airport. Warm welcome and treat, definitely will be back.

Hotel is near to train station. There is 7-11 and Family Mart below. Generally, it is a very good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided is good. Wifi is provided and is fast. It is also value for money. But, the room is abit small.
