NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Dubai is not a place to have the police show up to your door. My neighbors deserve respect and I will ensure they get it to the degree I’m able. Building Concierge and Security will not allow entry to unregistered guests (i.e. those that have not submitted passport copies - see next point). Passport Copies Required 48 hours Prior to Check-in: The Dubai Municipality and Tourism Authority require that all overnight guests submit passport copies prior to checking-in. These documents will need to be provided prior to check-in, in order to be granted access by building security. SMOKING NOT PERMITTED INDOORS: Smoking is permitted but only on the balcony. A 2,000 AED Steam Cleaning Fee will be withheld in the event that the “No Smoking INDOORS” rule is not followed. Cigarettes should not be thrown over the balcony edge under any circumstances. Several high-rise fires in Dubai have been attributed to cigarettes being thrown over the balcony. Keycards: Common area Keycards will be in the apartment upon your arrival. Pls be sure they are left in the apartment on departure, else a 500 AED fee will be charged. Cleaning: You will arrive to an immaculate 2 bedroom apartment. However, if you desire cleaning services during your stay, a reputable and trustworthy company can be sent at your convenience for a fee of 150 AED (3 hours). NO PETS - Unfortunately, Dubai rules are quite strict on pets.
