Great place to stay, we stayed for 3 nights after Cape Town and before travelling to Wilderness. Have stayed in Franschhoek previously so know the area and town well so was delighted when we found 21 Roux Street. The rooms are exceptionally well furnished, the facilities are superb. Breakfast beside the pool was again a delight. The gents who own the hotel are extremely helpful and arranged our evenings at fabulous local restaurants of which there are plenty. A very nice quiet boutique hotel where you are well looked after. We were truly grateful for our stay here and would fully recommend this establishment to other couples whist in this area.

The Perfect Place to Stay in Franschhoek!”
We had the most amazing time staying at 21 Roux Street! The house, rooms, gardens, and patios are absolutely stunning and Peter and Bradley are the most generous and kind hosts! Peter helped us arrange the best day of vineyard visits and a fantastic dinner with the most memorable view. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! Five stars are not enough to describe how wonderful this guest house is!

Beyond expectation ”
The warmest of welcomes greeted us as we arrived at 21 Roux Street.. this was nothing compared to the astonishing quality of accommodation, linen, art, decor, space .. need I go on... so disappointed we could only stay a night. The most wonderful hosts with the most accommodating staff that we have ever stayed with. I do hope we will return in the not too distant future. Btw the breakfast contained over ten fruits, the most divine granola and yoghurt and was delivered with creativity and love, it will remain at the center piece of my palate when remembering the 5* 21 Roux Street.

My wife and I stayed for one night at 21 Roux St and were so sad not to have longer to spend this time. The welcome from Peter & Bradley was very warm and genuine, and the facilities and decor just superb. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Franschhoek. A jewel in the crown in Franshhoek ”
Absolutely wonderful stay at 21 Roux Street. This is a magnificent home with beautiful suites and decor as well as stunning gardens. Peter and Bradley are very welcoming making you feel immediately at home. Their local knowledge and recommendations were much appreciated. Breakfasts were delicious with the best fruit platter we have ever had. We stayed three nights but wish we'd stayed longer and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Peter and Bradley for a wonderful stay. We will return.

The owners are hugely accommodating - all 4 rooms and the common areas are decorated beautifully - the gardens and pool area are inviting and calming - the guest house perfectly located to top Franschhoek vineyards and the town centre. Will most definitely stay at this glorious haven again.

Best Guesthouse I’ve stayed at”
What an amazing time we had at Roux St. the guest house itself is absolutely stunning, from the gardens and the pool to the decor of the house and rooms. Brad and Peter are the perfect hosts and gave us some great advice on wine farms to visits and restaurants to book. Peter’s own art collection is a must see too, even if you are not an artistic person!

The accommodation was incredible - so comfortable and very luxurious. Breakfast by the pool each morning was delicious - fresh plate of fruit each day. The hosts were so lovely and chatted to us each morning and gave us so much advice as to what to do- even on our onward trip to Cape Town. We loved franschhoek also- such an amazing town and would definitely go back- the wine tram was a must! So many good food places, galleries and vineyards! Sad our trip is over but will be back!

One in a million - this hotel is the best I have ever stayed in! ”
My husband and I spent part of our honeymoon at this Guest House and we could not have asked for anything else! There are only 4 rooms so never more than 8 people round the pool and the whole place is just spectacular! I cannot even describe how wonderful Peter was the whole time we were there - he genuinely wants you to experience the best of everything and will go above and beyond to help you out. He makes a point of speaking with you everyday and checking how you are and what you have been doing without being intrusive. He is the most amazing, friendly and wonderful person you will ever meet - you cannot help but love him! The guest house is the way it is because if his attention to details and loved of what he does! The whole place is stunning from gardens to bedrooms to the main house and the breakfast room. Everything is so personal you feel like you are at home but in the most amazing setting with everything being done for you! All of the staff are wonderful & breakfast WOW!

Lovely Guest House”
Probably the loveliest guest house we stayed at during our visit to South Africa. Peter and Bradley were amazing hosts and went out of their way to be helpful and ensure we enjoyed our short visit. Wish we could have stayed longer, we didn't want to leave, it was so peaceful and the garden and pool were fantastic. Peter suggested a lovely winery for dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed. Many thanks guys we would love to return.
