Awful night at Hotel”
We had a bad night there. We had a long day walk and tired and there was no water for shower until 10pm. We talked with the hotel staff since 6pm. They gave the excuse that the water would be back in 1 hour, but until 10pm that the water was back. In the morning, after 7am, it was running out of water again. Our plan was canceled because some of us hadn't taken shower yet. The facilities are not good. We booked 3 room and 2 of them had broken door lock. i needed to contact Agoda to get refund and went to another hotel on the next day.

Staffs are not helpful at all”
The window of our room on first day couldn't be locked, we requested to change the room but the staff didn't follow up. They even just said "no worries, we have security". The second day they changed a new room for us, but it has no hot water supply and the air-con is very week. We asked them to fix it, but they couldn't fix it and kept telling us the hot water is coming. He then left us in the room. We went down and checked with him again, he gave us another room key impatiently. However, the hot water is not stable as well with weak air-con. It was a bad experience staying here - you can still look for some better options with this price range.

Don't go”
I've booked in this hotel for 4 nights and for a deluxe Room. In the price was included a transfer to or from the airport. As I arrived at 9pm i asked for the transfer from the airport (with my arrival Time and my flight number). When we arrived with my partner no one was there. We were waiting for 30 mins and tried to call them but nothing... So we took a tuktuk from the airport to the hotel. When we arrived, I told the receptionist guy that we were waiting for them at the airport and he said that he didnt know and it was my fault coz I didnt refer the flight number and the time of arrival: False!!! He didnt apologize at all and didnt offer me the refund for the tuktuk. Then the room.. I've booked for a deluxe room.. 2 king size beds in the room, Nice but useless for just a couple, it was not the room I saw on the picture when I booked.. Sheets were dirty.. The Fridge didn't work, Bathroom was absolutly awefull! Toilets was making noise everytime, I told the receptionist girl twice, the third Time I asked she said it was fixed, but it wasn't true so she was lying to me but with the smile! Because it was the politic of this hotel, smile everytime but when smiling = kidding people, no thanks.. So at the end I gave up. For the price I paid, it was terrible. If the price was half, I will say ok. I've founded during my holiday so better place and really cheaper. Only the localisation was good, near the night market.

The place is old and manky!!”
Old and disgusting. The facilities were old and very dated, by that i mean the shower reminded me of a public bathhouse shower, the toilet was old and wouldnt flush, the sink wasnt even in the bathroom but rather the first thing you saw as you entered the room. Room was dark, no safe for your posessions and the worst thing the place was infested with mosquitos. Stayed here two nights and resulted in over 30 bites all over my back and arms. Breakfast was atrocious!! Could not eat any of it besides the fruit. Definitely not worth the 3-star hotel rating.

Nice Location and Good Place”
Very modest place and a very nice location - near the pubstreet & night market. not far from the airport, temples (Angkor Vat) and close to all the nice places you want to visit. the people are nice & friendly - they can however do better on their breakfast :)

Excellent ”
Staff were all excellent. TUK tuk was supposed to pick us up at the airport, but didn't - actually I believe it was not their fault. Don't remember if I told them the time of my arrival. The best ice tea I've had when we arrived at the hotel. I like that everything was within walking distance. Felt safe.
